Alright, I admit, this is a pity review. I don’t really eat junk food, I don’t drink soda, and I’m very particular about my beer, so I don’t usually shop here. All I buy is ice. But I live just around the corner and the owner is SO sweet and so awesome and his prices are honestly really good. He takes a lot of pride in his business, always cleaning up the sidewalk and the graffiti, always trying to put out new deals and advertisements, but ever since the Loco Dollar and the Ralph’s moved in, his business has gotten undeservedly slower and slower… Candy? Ice cream sandwiches? Name brand beer? Buy from the nice Korean man and support your local market!
I swear, I’m not friends with him. He just always looks so hopeful when I come in for my $.99 bag of ice for a party, and so nice when that’s all I buy.

this place was sad at first but then it got better. nice koreans own it. he’ll give you good deal on candy. it’s 50 cents each or 2 for a dollar. no tax. gots a good selection of sour straws. since the times are bad, he’ll probably make you a deal on your favorite 40oz too!
