Core Alliance Management is a great company to work with. They are very accommodating and have open communication with their tenants.

This is by far the best property management company in Los Angeles. Before I moved into one of their listings — I was looking for a place for almost four months, I saw many showings and even got to the part of signing the lease, each one of those other places I found were unfairly priced, money hungry companies, odd agreements or their staff just didn’t actually care about you finding a place you were happy with… they just wanted quick easy money to deposit. I found a listing from Core on a Friday morning, I called and John picked up and immediately helped me schedule a time to view the house (that worked around my schedule), I saw the house the next day and fell in love with it. I put in the application the same night and John stayed in touch the whole time with updates. The next morning I got the call from John and he told me we got it! We met again at the house and signed the lease. Literally the EASIEST process I’ve ever experienced. Even in the two walk throughs that we did, John was constantly assuring us that if we had any problems with the house that they could get a handy man or someone else to fix it (obviously with logical reasoning). The move in dates stayed the same, the prices stayed the same, the agreement stayed the same and this was truly an ethical process.
John has been wonderful and still to this day answers any questions we have and is quick to respond with solutions. We’re very happy we chose them! Thank you, we’re very happy with our new home!

You know how people say you meet people will cross your path for a reason … Well people are right!!! John was absoluty amazing. He was professional curious and honest! If you’ve ever tried finding a place to rent you know its a nightmare. I’m glad I found him! I literally couldn’t have done it with him. Wow! Thank you Core Alliance Property Management for making my transition from living in my home to renting it out. My agent John was not pushy, he explained the process well, and allowed me to pick the family I would rent to. I never felt pressured to sign a contract. The whole process was super quick too. Agent Anshu Gupta is beyond exception! He is sharp, quick response to message and answering concerns questions and problems, hard working, flexible to work with, most importantly have a good heart, always put other people in mind. I remember one of the potential tannant has a kid but the room is small and the landlord want only one person, so her application most likely going to be deny. So he told her to call him before apply, because he will feel bad for her to pay for the application fee. Just one of the few example that saids a lot about him. Within days of posting, got tremendous amount of response, many candidates, I am sure his phone is off the hook. Because I am already live in the condo and will be sharing common area, Instead of taking everyone to see the place he filter out the candidates he make sure that I have good chemistry with my potential roommate and care about my feelings and concerns and make sure the whole process is smooth and easy and I am so happy that we found an awesome roommate! And I want to said thank you! You are awesome!

All I can say is Wow! What a great experience! John has been so helpful in helping me find my apartment. He has answered all of my never ending questions. He made sure that I was completely comfortable in all of the decisions that I was making. He made this process so easy and enjoyable for me and I can’t wait to move into my beautiful new apartment. I needed help to lease my new bought property and was looking thru several Management companies in SF valley area. After calling around, I met with Jon. I have seen that Jon has a passion in what he is doing and that he is deeply committed to his clients.
I was impressed with the professionalism and honesty. He put all my concerns at ease and I decided to work with his company. He’s always been there to respond to my emails or text immediately. The process of finding a tenant, paperwork, etc was very fast and easy.
He is a great person to deal with and knowledgeable in what he is doing. On top of the excellent customer service, they do have lowest prices!

After lookup on Unilocal,search the Web and asking my friends I found Core Alliance Property Management that answer my needs with lower price than all the other companies very nice people and good service always answer my question and do the work
I’m using them for the past 9 months with no complaints I’ll keep you guys posted if there’s any changes… definitely use them
