I was picked up from my house in the car I rented loved it when I return the car it was fast and easy I will do it again thank you Devon I was completely satisfied

This Enterprise branch deserves more than just five stars! I told Nathan through a phone call that I wanted a car with some swagger but not like I’m flexing too much. He didn’t need me to say much more after that one statement, because he knew exactly what I meant – stupendous. He then passed along my info and preferences to Keith. Keith was persistent in arranging my rental car, and he chose the perfect convertible for me — stupendous. Devon carried out all of my rental car arrangements with ease and he addressed all of my concerns — stupendous. Arash answered my ridiculous questions without passing any judgement — stupendous. I just named four employees who effectively communicated with each other. I didn’t need to jump through hoops or repeat myself to rent a car for a few weeks. That’s what I call dynamite in team work! I even chatted and laughed with them for a while until my car arrived. Great experience for someone who rarely rents cars. Will definitely recommend my fam-​bam and friends to this specific location.

I will not go into specifics, apart from they did not have the car I had reserved originally and now they are making claims against me for damages on a car that was just given to me that had literally just been returned the very minute I was there, and wasn’t even cleaned out until the keys were handed to me. Honestly, the level of negligence this location had on my rental experience with them is beyond unacceptable and barreling on extortion. I will never return to this Enterprise. I would much rather go all the way to the airport to rent a car. Horrible, absolutely horrible experience. P. S. Whomever will end up replying to this because as I see it you do reply, tell your insurance company it’s been damn nearly 2 weeks, I am still awaiting a response. I already e-​mailed them once. I’ll continue to e-​mail them until I do receive said response.

Dude in navy fitted suit, white boy, got a beard, think it’s Nathan… he’s a pimp… I don’t know him but he gave top notch customer service… all at this rental facility are top tier… blonde female manager super on the ball… you probs are thinking it’s highly weird I keep singling out the whities… but it’s just coincidence… I think all races at this facility are top notch, there are no majority and minority, just 5 star treatment, caliber service, I hate most people, I love these people, but it’s a secret love… otherwise my review is soiled… tainted…do not drink this delicious review with a grain of salt… drink her straight.

Where do I start? If you want to rent a dirty car, spend THOUSANDS and be treated like you are scum, come here! I rented a car (not for pleasure) from here. Normally I go to the Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks location and I completely regret not going there.
North Hollywood’s selection was minimal. The place looks like a shack in a subway station. The sales associate was friendly enough. Needed a standard car to fit 2 car seats. Nothing available. Salesman asked if I wanted a Jeep for the same price. I said yes, who wouldn’t? Turns out, that was a lie. My fault for not checking the fact that he hand wrote a new price and crossed out the original, cheaper price. It’s probably because I denied their insurance.
I came before closing, got in the car and couldn’t see out of the windshield. That’s how filthy this car was. Inside was disgusting — hair, trash, gunk everywhere and melted chocolate on seats. Pulled out and immediately heard SQUEAKING and GRINDING from the brakes. Even my 5 year old looked noticed how nasty the car was. But hey — this is an emergency and I needed the car.
Here is when it gets fun. I put my debit card down. HUGE MISTAKE. I ended up extending my rental. Associate called, said they needed to update my balance, I would have them do it while on the phone. Done. 2 weeks go by. I received ONE PHONE CALL (voicemail) from the General Manager, Jamie P. 10 minutes later I get an email saying I owed a balance and claimed they had repeatedly called me and I was avoiding them. BULLSH_​T! I returned EVERY call. She threatened to call RISK MANAGEMENT if I didn’t update my balance. I’m pretty shocked at this point. I emailed the manager back and ask for copies of receipts or the contract. No reply. Nothing. I went to my normal Sherman Oaks location to update payment information. I’m told we are current and up to date. I receive yet another call the next week. I went back into the Sherman Oaks location and put down cash. Now «up to date». I’ve rented many cars in many cities. I’ve never experienced anything like this — they didn’t charge me when they ran my card and /​or paid with cash. What was the point? Then they threatened me with Risk Management?! Huh? I’m confused. Suddenly today — they charge the bulk of the amount and tell my husband they kept calling me and I never returned calls. LIES.
I returned the car today and all in all, I spent $ 2000 on an old, filthy, compact Jeep and was treated like I was trash. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! It didn’t even matter that I’m an Enterprise Plus Member. You are treated like crap here. You would think that I would be treated with a little more respect, but no! Maybe this branch needs to make billing a priority and charge when they «run» the cards so they don’t call the customer with threats. I will never rent from this Enterprise again.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Eric If you don’t like your job don’t work there. Don’t give the customer attitude and disrespect them. If you don’t know something don’t act like a smart ass when you give the wrong information. There are smarter people that do their research and will catch you lying.

I’m not sure when these five star reviews came through. But I dropped my friend off to get a rental car with a reservation. We are now in minute 47 of this process. Representatives answering calls in the middle of dealing with customers. Just a real unprofessional place. If you have the opportunity avoid this location. It will save you time and stress.

By far the best Enterprise I’ve ever went to. Seriously, the staff was super friendly, accommodating.

I’ve been renting here for 10 years, and up until today the experience has been excellent. Then today, who knows why, on every level, I’ve been treated like dirt by the staff. The girl who answered the phone when I pressed to rent a car was creepy to me, and the sales guy tried to intimidate me into buying insurance that I’ll never need. He was a complete jerk to me. Like I said, I’ve been renting here for 10 years, and these new people suddenly decided to treat an old customer like some newbie who just walked in off the street. I was put through the third degree to rent the car. I’ve never been so mistreated in my life. Next time, I’ll go to Midway.

So… The added charge for insurance counts as a sales commission for the rental agent. Remember this. The sales agents will claim your regular coverage or, as in my case, coverage through a site like Priceline, will not cover you. That is a lie. Also any discussion of a million dollar coverage is only if you die. Yes if you die.
Rent elsewhere.

WORST ENTERPRISE EVER!
The customer service is horrible. I went in a week ago for a car and I had to end up getting something double the price of what I wanted to spend. The guy helping told me as soon as something cheaper comes in he would hold it for me… I haven’t received a call and it’s been over a week. So for the past 2 days I’ve been calling to see if I can get a different car and they kept me on hold both times for over 30 minutes so I just hung up. They have no intention on helping me out. That’s the feeling I had when I was there, they put me in the car they wanted me in and kicked me out. I really hate this place…

This one goes out to Nathan: you were super awesome just talking to me and getting me the car I wanted.
Barely had to wait before I was picked up from the body shop. From there, even though I was waiting at Enterprise, I only was waiting because there were slim pickings for the car and a different one I was more interested in pulled up, so Nathan made sure I got that one. He even got it cleaned right before I left. He was straightforward about what the car had and needed and honestly, he made the whole experience better for me. I feel badly for the people who have all the negative reviews because I believe them and that sucks; I’ve just never had an issue with these guys. I highly recommend them!

Reserved a car online when I showed up I was greeted by some guy named Bruce who refused to rent me a card since I only had a debit car and wanted a copy of a utility bill. Beyond petty and unprofessional, extra attitude not needed. I’ll stick to Avis rent a car down the street where I never have an issue. Had to call another über to pick me up and take me to Avis. Oh well

The professionalism and service since my last review has definitely increased in a very positive light. All employees I have dealt with have been kind and professional. The cars continue to be well-​serviced.

SHORT EXPERIENCE: This is the WORST Enterprise I have ever been to and will NEVER return under any circumstances. If I could give it NO STARS I would. Normally I go to the airport Enterprise where there is great customer service and less wait time. I was having my car repaired for a minor accident, my insurance sent me to this great auto body shop (Caliber Collision) and for their area they call this location to pick you up. The cars are DIRTY and NASTY! There was food and drinks and trash rolling from under the seats. The person before me I think was SPITTING GREEN MUCUS on inside of the door. Just go to another Enterprise if you have to go to an Enterprise.
DETAILED EXPERIENCE: As soon as you come in you are greeted, when you get helped it starts off with one person. But then your passed off to another person and then another person which becomes very irritating. Finally after all my information is put in the computer, the last person that has handled you (for me it was a dude named Derrick) walks you outside to see the cars. All of the cars where dirty on the outside, so Derrick suggest a midsize Chrysler 200. That was fine because its covered in the price range of my insurance, plus they already made me LATE for work passing me back and forth so I was ready to go. He has the car washed, it looked like the dirt was just swirled around but whatever I needed to go.
I get in the car and pull off when I notice its GROSS, DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE, and UNACCEPTABLE. Food containers, half empty water bottles, a sippy cup, a fork, and napkins started rolling out from under the seats. I couldn’t go back because they had already made me late to work and I’m not messing up my good job FOR NO BODY! When I finally get to work I notice that there is some nasty green stuff in the driver side door panel. The person before me I think was SPITTING GREEN MUCUS on inside of the door panel. On the passenger door panel it was brought to my attention that there was something purple in there (I don’t even want to know what that is!). I’m ashamed I had to have passengers in that car, but its a part of my job #smh. As if that wasn’t bad enough the car needed an oil change. I sent an email about whats happened, someone called and left a message a few hours later, I called back to speak to the person who called me and was put on hold for 45 min, I called another location to find out what was my best option, called back the location of where I got the car and was told to bring the car in.
Brought the car back the next day, mind you its no where near my job or house, and explained about the car all over again. Of course I would get Derrick again and he apologized 80 million times while telling me how it makes him look bad and he doesn’t want to loose his job. So he upgraded the car to an SUV and made sure himself that it was clean, then apologized even more. This car had little to no gas at all, the breaks where starting to squeak but it was way better than the previous car. A few days later I took the car back with more gas than what I was provided and in good clean condition. Again I was passed from agent to agent and made to wait.
Turned in the car and their was no receipt given, no gas reimbursement, or further compensation for the experience. When asked by the final agent how was the customer service I said «no comment» and he really asked me «why?» lol. I laughed and said «its all been a horrible unpleasant experience.» With no apology about it, not that I was looking for one nor did I expect one, he offered me a ride to the auto body shop and I said «no thank you I have one waiting on me» cause I wanted nothing further to do with this place (proud of myself for being calm through this whole experience).

Let me start off by saying this is the worst Enterprise I’ve ever had to deal with. My car was having repairs done from a minor accident that was not my fault, so my insurance sent me to this location to get a rental car. In the past, I had gone to the Woodland Hills Enterprise and was provided excellent customer service. As an added bonus, I was even offered a high end car.
I live closer to this location, so here goes my lovely rant and my 1 star review…
No cars that are drivable and economical for this beautiful gal to get around for the next few days were in the lot, NONE! A Challenger and a Ford Escape SUV were the choices! So, I decided to take the SUV (rolls eyes) because if I wanted a smaller car they would have to bring it from LAX!!! (Insert my blank stare). The secretary at the front desk (see my picture) had a little snotty attitude on my specific requests. She insisted I pay a $ 200 deposit on my rental, so I called my insurance and I let her know they said $ 50 was the only amount allowed; She quickly grabbed my card and swiped it.
As I sat and waited, she was very ghetto and loud on the phone with other customers, calling them «homies» and «hey it’s your girl»??? The worst part was when a guy named Matt had to sign me off on the rental, he was so insistent I get additional insurance it really aggravated me! He created exaggerated «scenarios» of «what ifs» and «accidents only take two seconds». Nobody likes to be pressured into extra costs and that’s exactly how I felt. I don’t know if Matt works off of a commission basis from selling extra insurance but I do assure my Unilocalers reading this, I have excellent insurance and I would rather use my own. Either way it’s my choice, my money and my problem; He should have just dropped it! I’ll deal with the «what ifs». And That’s exactly what I did and went on my lovely way.
Returning the car:
I rented the car for six days and guess what?! Surprise, no accidents! Hey Matt guess you judged me wrong… bummer. I guess that would piss me off too if a car came back in perfect condition, you didn’t have to be such a nightmare.
Here’s where it gets ugly…
I walked in, called my insurance and returned the keys. Since I had no car I needed a ride to the auto body Andres, which is located 2 miles away. Most car rental facilities offer you a complimentary drive if it’s within a short distance. Well, apparently this is the only enterprise in the entire world that doesn’t offer you ride! WOW!!! So instead of continuing to fight with these people and their BS excuses, I called an über from my phone to the auto repair. I later called my insurance and got a full refund check for the über and the inconvenience enterprise made me deal with. Take that enterprise, rude ghetto girl, and Matt yay!!!

Unfriendly service, extremely unhelpful.
Would not recommend this car rental location or enterprise for this matter. I would pick a better vendor from the Burbank airport directly.

Horrible customer service! The lady on the phone was rude! At first she was nice when I asked for a car then she became rude when I told her I was switching out a car for a different one because their car has a check engine light on.
She told me to «Go to the Burbank Airpot» lol you just said you had cars and «you can get me going» with in 10 secs in a different story. Smh

Save your time & money!

It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review as it is much more enjoyable for me to give businesses positive reviews or I do not write one at all. However this time around, I am compelled to provide the negative details of my experience.
The short of it is that I ended up having to pay for an already pre-​existing damage, a dent that was already there.
Here are the further details: The car that I was assigned to me was a newer car, but it it looks like it had already been beat-​up quite a bit by previous renters; it had many scratches, dents and stains. The Enterprise representative and I went through the car and had noticed the condition. The rep advised me that all these scratches, dents and stains had already accounted for. I pointed out a few obvious ones and asked the rep if It had already been accounted for and marked on the contract as well– the rep replied, «yes, I already have that.»
Upon returning the vehicle, I was told that there was a dent that was not recorded, therefore I must pay for the damage. It was the same exact dent that I had pointed out during the pre-​check in which I was assured that it had already been recorded; therefore I needn’t worry about it.
Normally, I would see this as something unfortunate but surely, the company would would help clear this up with me as it was simply a massive misunderstanding. I was foolish to believe that this would be the case– there was no evidence of practicing good customer service during my interaction with them.
There was a feeling against me that [you the customer] most certainly did the damage, even if I know I didn’t. Every representative did not at all help you try to understand how this misunderstanding can happen, nor even providing any sincere words of «sorry, this happened, our system works like this, and we are sorry that this falls under your responsibility and I’ll help you to understand.» I simply Just wanted someone to at least help me look at some sort of possibility that this could be just a misunderstanding, but they seemed so defensive about it treating me as a number to be processed, not a customer– then off to the next person.
Note: Oh, by the way, I should tell you that if you are accused of damaging a car even if you didn’t do it, they will charge you for the rental fees AND your insurance premium immediately on-​the-​spot through the credit card they have on file; the entire amount, even if the damage is less than your premium. They will sort it out the difference at a later by one of their claims department.
It’s funny because upon returning the keys (before I know of the accusation of damage) I even asked the person behind the counter if they had a frequent renter’s loyalty program since I planed on renting a vehicle from this branch for 14 days of every single month at least for the rest of the 2015 since I always need a rental vehicle for work.
TO ENTERPRISE CORPORATE:
I know you are a very large company and probably do not care much about individual customers like myself, who spend a few dollars here and there for a rental car. It seems you may be more focused on the cumulative revenue that the entirety your customers provide every quarter rather than the loyalty of an individual like myself, and others like me. I simply ask that you please try to remember, that ‘a few dollars’ to many of your customers can often times feel like it is a much, much larger amount to some who may has limited budget. I sincerely hope that at least one in your massive company realizes this.

I had to come here and rent a car while my car was being fixed. I was dreading the rental process…
Luckily, this Enterprise had great customer service and tried their best to make the process painless. Workers were helpful, professional and in abundance (there were like 10 people working at 8:30am… I didn’t understand why until there was a huge line 30 minutes later). It took a bit to get paperwork done and the car out of the lot… But the customer service with a smile won me over. Convenient location across the street from the Metro station (I took the bus to the rental spot. Easy peasey.
