DO NOT GO HERE. The manager here, Marlene, is absolutely awful. She insisted on charging me a $ 10 late fee even though I had called and left a message for them to process the payment. When I called to explain, she was so rude and hung up on me. Also I had a laptop stolen from my unit. Don’t ever go here.

Stay away from these idiots. I was about to go in, but received a phone call. A middle-​aged woman who looked like she just got done smoking 30 cigarettes came out and proceeded to yell at me for loitering around the property. I was angry, but heard very bad things about this location previously. Kharma will come around.

Fast efficient service. Building is temp controlled. That’s a big deal in LA summer heat. Not only did this place charge less for a comparable unit, the price was much cheaper than the non-​temp controlled varieties. Nice facility and helpful service.
