I’ve gone to Eric for my last 3 cars and I will never go to anybody else for auto body work. Eric is one of the most trustworthy repair places I’ve ever gone to, and he makes sure to take pride in the work his shop puts out! His paint color matching is unparalleled, and I swear that one of my cars actually had LESS panel gap after he fixed it I fully trust Eric with any car and I will send anybody I know to him! Sunrise Ford recommended Eric to repair my car after an accident. He went out of his way to meet me on a Saturday to give me a rough estimate so I could decide whether to file a claim with insurance, then he gave me a lift to two different rental car facilities when a car wasn’t available even with a confirmation. My car was as good as new in exactly the time he said. Then he helped me with getting new license plates as one of mine was missing in the accident. He went above and beyond to make a very difficult situation easier and did excellent work. I can’t recommend him enough!

A friend of mine recommended me to Eric. I took my car to him Monday morning and my car was ready Thursday afternoon. He and his team did such a great job and worked extremely fast because I needed my car back before I head out of state. Eric really took care of me especially when it was taking so long to get approved for a car rental, he was the one that was able to get me one. I would definitely recommend going to him. My experience with Eric and his team was nothing but the best! I had my car stolen and recovered in pretty bad shape. Eric understood my position and the issues I had to deal with from the start. Unlike other auto shops I have been to before where they have tried to scam you, Eric treats you as if it were himself in your position. He helped me communicate and negotiate with the insurance company and went above and beyond to get me the best possible outcome. I will return back to him if I ever need something car related in the future and will recommend him to anyone else who needs car repairs. I got into an accident last year and went to erics collision to support the local businesses. I was pleasantly surprised as I did not have good experience with other body shops. I have a Ford Focus Electric that was rear-​ended. As a battery electric vehicle I was worried about the repair. Eric did an awesome job; is amazing with communication and helped us every step negotiating with the insurance company. He coordinated the repair with Sunrise Ford for the mechanical and battery removal. 5 STARS.

You couldn’t ask for better customer service from Eric’s Collision Center! Not only did I get my car back looking brand new, I got top notch service. Every step of the way, I was informed with what was going on with my insurance claim, the repair job and the time it would take to complete.
I had my 2013 Ford Edge rear bumper replaced after someone slammed into me on the freeway. I called Ford to see who they would recommend to get my new car repaired and they sent me to Eric’s Collision. I’m so glad I made that phone call and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have repair work done.

A+!! What a fantastic service! Fully recommended to anyone who wants a friendly, reliable and efficient car repair.
I took my Ford F150 Falcon in to have its front bumper repaired after it was hit. I was dreading the hassle of organising for it to be fixed, but I was recommended to call Eric and the car was booked in and taken care of the same morning. They gave me a lift home and the car was ready a few days later and looking great!
If you’re looking to have repair work done and you’re dreading the process — don’t! I fully recommend calling Eric and letting them take care of you.
