Extreme Auto Sound

This shop is very good. I had them put HID BLUE Headlights and fog lights in my 2010 Honda Accord. I went to the dealer to get some upkeep done on it and the dealer asked if the other dealer I go to did the install. The dealer told me they look very professionally installed. The dealer said the install looks like it came with those headlights. I was pleased to hear that.
Now I’m having them tint all my windows on my 2^nd car.
When you find a place that does quality work you stay with them.

I had a great experience here. I installed my stereo myself but didn’t insulate the connections, and so it was draining my battery.
Luis hooked me up and added the insulations in about ten minutes, no problem. Thank you!

Great service as always. Installed two after market Gps and back up cameras for me and replaced one that went bad for only 30 $. Super accommodating and eager to help. I have been telling friends to go here for sometime and needed to do a more public support.

I had an alarm installed about a year ago and it failed due to poor installation by others. they also fixed my antenna problem with my Sirius radio at no additional cost. my alarm now has a life time warranty and I feel it was professionally installed. I would absolutely use them again in the future .

I walked in for a Bluetooth capable head for my car. Jose pointed out a couple that would work for my car, gave me a price, and had it installed within a couple of hours. So far, so great. Will update if anything changes for the worse, but knock on wood. Bottom line, competitive prices, quick service, no BS. Would definitely go back for any other stereo needs.

I came to get a new stereo system put in my SUV and spoke to Luis over the phone who was professional and straight forward. I was surprised how young he actually was when I got to the shop.
I called and got an appointment the same day. It was easy peezy and took only about 45 mins. System sounded great!
Their waiting room is cool, comfy with a flat screen.
Jose the owner was easy to talk to and kept me entertained while I waited.
I would definitely call these guys again!

Great Customer Service, i went there early friday morning while evertybody was hunting for black friday deals. My subwoofer was no longer working so i needed it to get looked at, i was in and out within a hour. The problem was explained to me and taken care of for a great deal. Highly recommend

For years, I’ve been driving by Extreme Auto Sound. So when I recently acquired my convertible and it needed a new stereo, I knew exactly where to go.

My visit this year to Extreme Auto sound was a new perspective, when i first arrived here last year i was very disappointed, hurt and angry at the service and quality of there work… BUT now it seems to be changing, when i arrived today at extreme auto sound for help to fix my tweeter that they installed, they were very helpful and it seemed as if they actually cared for my business this time around, they fixed my tweeter in 30 minutes and I was on my way with enough time to get to work. I got to say even the disappointment i have felt before im willing to give them another chance, will update when I have my third visit. Thanks Jay ill be seeing you soon.

Been meaning to get an Auxiliary input for my car, and happened to drive by this place. Called them up to see what their pricing was, and for $ 200, they were $ 150 cheaper than Al & Ed’s and Best Buy. Decided to go for it, and dropped off the car around 2:30−3pm, and was told it’d be about 1.5−2 hours. And here’s where they lost a star: the car wasn’t ready til about 6 – 6:30 pm.
They installed a iSimple iPod/​Aux input for me (a $ 50 part + an antenna adapter which I’m not sure on cost), so works out to about $ 150 in service. Guess that’s alright, since I’m not really sure how much service should cost with my only point of reference being the ridiculously overpriced Al & Ed’s.
As for the part, it works pretty well. Haven’t really had any problems with the auxiliary input, but have noticed some noise on the iPod line. That, and it won’t charge a iPhone 4 for some reason (works fine with an iPod). All in all, that’s alright though since the Aux input is more accessible anyway.
Oh, and the guy that helped us, Jay, was super nice and helpful, so bonus points there.

So I needed to replace one of my HID lights and was told by the guy at auto zone this was a decent place. I was able to replace my headlight. I start driving home nice and happy that I wot be pulled over for a fix it ticket. Well pretty soon I started noticing the headlight jumping around. So the next day I stroll back up to the shop and mention the issue with the light. Turns out the guy Jerry-​rigged the bulb into the spot and then used electrical tape to hold it in place. The «owner» back peddled and said he had an extra bulb he was hoping would work… glad he told me that when I was there originally.
So now they tell me they have to send someone to pick up the right bulb in and try have to go get it. Plus I have to buy a set. Then the guy who walks around looking at what is going in so I assume he is the owner or manager or something tells me that they are going to run and get the new bulb. To sit around for 20 minutes till the «other guy» gets back. 2 hours later the guy arrives with the right bulb.
The funny thing is if they would have told me last night they didn’t have the bulb but could get it for today I would have come back to get the correct one installed. However it seemed more like they were interested in my money then fixing the issue.
Prople can run their business the way they want to but if they would have fixed it right the first time i might have come back again.
The positive thing out of all of this is that I will have an extra bulb and the knowledge never to come back here again.
If they can’t take care of a small thing correctly then I would fear coming here for something big.
