Horizon Rent A Car

Had such a good experience renting here! My car was broken into and so I desperately needed a rental and these guys (specifically Ray) really helped me out with such a good deal. Car was good, service was good, rates were good – can’t really complain!

They have really great customer service! They are personable and fast. I loved that they paid for my über back home when I returned my car, since their shuttle was finished for the day.

I have rented quite a few vehicles from Horizon in the last 3mo. At the beginning of September I rented a car that was barely used and super clean. The previous renter apparently traveled w/​a cat in the car and within 15 minutes of leaving Horizon, I got an anaphylactic allergic reaction. My eyes were watery, my throat started to close and my tongue was swollen. Luckily I was near my doctor’s office and was able to go in and get an epi pen shot. As soon as I was done, I called Horizon and Dan answered. I told him what had happened and he told me to come in and he would get me into another vehicle. The fact that he was so nice, curtious and so amazing, it made me feel like I was appreciated as a customer! Dan LITERALLY saved my life!!!
When I went to return the vehicle, Dan and Ray were at the front desk greeting me with a smile! Ray asked me how I was feeling and if there was anything they can further do for me. I felt like Ray and Dan honestly cared about me as a person and truly valued my business!
Thank you guys for being the best part of Horizon!!!

Rented several times cars there, usually the service is more on the faster side, but I have also experienced waiting for over 10 minutes. Once the car was very smokey, not a good experience, my last car was a Fiat 500, very small, it was the last small car that they had on the lot. I did not really care for the car, but better to have wheels than not. In general, they are trying to be friendly and fast, I believe it will help them once they are in their new facility and not in the interim trailer any more.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I wish that all rental car agencies were this nice and this easy! I also, wish I lived nearby so that I could rent from you all of the time. I live in Vegas. Next time I’m in the are and need a car though, I won’t think twice about who to go to. You guys rock! :)

I rented a car from here for a 24 hour period while waiting for my car to be fixed. Super simple process, fantastic customer service! This was the easiest car rental I have ever dealt with!

I rented a car from this place several years ago, just because it happened to be close to me. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the prices were pretty low. Since then, my wife and I have moved to a different part of the city, but we still come back to Horizon if we need to rent a car. I highly recommend them.

Dishonest rude people specially their idiot boss who tries to intimidate people and bad service stay away, will never go there again poor selection worst car rental experience ever

Had a great experience renting a car from Horizon. They picked me up and gave me a brand new car. Staff was very helpful and professional. It looks like they are remodeling the place and the new building looks awesome. This is my go to place for renting a car!!!

I have rented from HRAC for several years. Always good customer service and very cheap cars. I’ve referred several friends to them as well who have been happy. They have plenty of cars to choose from. The place is a bit far from where I live but I don’t mind the drive because of the good deals they give me. One good thing is that they don’t try to upsell you anything. Talk to Ray or Daniel there. They are the people I have always dealt with for best prices and customer service. Definitely recommend them highly! I usually rent longer periods of time! 4 – 8 weeks at a time and that way get the best prices.

I give no stars. Bad. I would not rent from them again! Find another rental company.
If there is even a noticeable mark scratch on the returned car they will not be willing to work with you but rather take it to their outrageous repair shop that will estimate hundreds of dollars to repair a barely visible scratch!
Naturally being a rental agency they will not let you get another estimate or consider buffing out a scratch. You basically will get scammed without fair and equitable solutions to the problem.
They did not offer insurance at signing!
My car insurance company also does not recommend them!

If you need a rental car, Horizon is where the car needs to be rented. My car broke down and a good friend recommended Horizon in North Hollywood. I was blown away at the quality or service, professionalism and how reasonable the rates were. Daniel and his staff are changing the car rental industry by setting a whole new standard.
So many options to choose from, and the car I rented ran great and was very clean. They were very helpful from start to finish and would recommend this car rental establishment to anyone. Thanks guys!

I’ve rented from these people several times. They have always been fair, Their customer service is very good. They have dropped me off & picked me up at my mechanic. I would always try them first.

I’ve rented from here twice and both times the experience was easy and hassle free. I got a great car for much cheaper than hertz was quoting and they never tried to hawk insurance or up-​sell me add-​ons.
I was reading some negative reviews and it’s hilarious. People complaining that they got charged for getting a flat tire or scraping the curb and leaving a mark. So sad.
This place is great if you’re not trying to con your way out of paying for damages that happened on your watch.

I got referred here by my mechanic. While the work on my car is questionable at best, this place is awesome. You’re in and driving out your rental before any of the 3 major rental companies would even know you stepped in the door.
I’ve never had any issues with the staff, and yeah, I’ve actually had to use their services enough to the point where saying never is valid.

First time and last time ever going there. Didn’t have much to choose from for what I needed. They did give me 5 dollars off a day on my vehicle which is the only reason I gave them 1 star. If I could leave no stars I would.
I understand every business has policies I have a business and I have policies also. But, if someone explains their situation and has proof of the situation and what they are asking for I do everything that I can to help. But, that just me.
They wouldn’t do anything to help me out. They just wanted my money and to be done with me. They didn’t even pretend to try and help me out. They were very clear that they aren’t customer service friendly. If I was a secret shopper I would’ve failed them. The managers suck for having personalities of a sandwich.

Can I leave negative stars? This piece of garbage business tried to blame me for a flat tire I got renting a vehicle. Flat tires happen on the road. They’re trying to say that I got a flat tire because I scraped a curb. That’s ridiculous. First of all, I didn’t get a flat while scraping a curb. I scraped against the curb because I got a flat tire on these faulty tires. They have no proof it was my fault then turned around and charged me for the tire without speaking to me about it. This snake pit should be avoided at all costs. I’d rather walk!

Blazingly efficient mom & pop rental company. I had work done on my car at Ford and they picked me up and had me in a car pronto. The kind of guys you want to win.

Great service, friendly people. They have a great selection of cars with even better pricing. They didn’t try to sell me any of their extra coverages but instead help me save on the cost of a rental.

I am so happy with these guys, I got a brand new Nissan for an amazing price and all you have to do is ask, in fact I shopped around by they gave me the best deal in town and love my new car for a week. The people are nice and they even picked me up from home.
I highly recommend them…
