I had a phenomenal experience with Khodr and the entire team at A&I. They were recommended by my normal print shop because A&I had a capability they did not(printing to a medium to be backlit). The entire process was smooth, and I never had any doubt I was in good hands. The prints were ready on time and we will be looking sharp for our trade show next week. Thank you A&I Team!

Terrible quality prints!!! And the workers are rude. I paid for a rush service –double the regular price, only to have my photos lost on delivery. Two weeks later the«rush» order arrived with dull colors. WOW! Better safe then sorry at Argentum!

Make sure you do a test print! Also jpegs color profile must be: sRGB(not ProPhoto RGB). My first prints color was completely washed out. It turned out I had the wrong format for my color profile when I uploaded through the online kiosk. I made the mistake of skipping the test print. They graciously let me reprint my photos for 1⁄3 of the original cost. However, I wish there were more specifics listed on their website for file requirements so this mistake was not made. This is why I rated them«A-OK». Reprints came out great. Conclusion: Test print. Went back for postcards — because I have to learn my lesson twice. My postcard test print turned out great. When I went to pick them up, it was completely different coloring, when I went to pick them up the second time they STILL didn’t match the direct test print. Are you kidding me? I did a test print and they can’t get it right. He suggested I come back a third time. No thank you. I felt like I was on a drawn out Punk’d episode. There was no attempt at an apology, but he finally did give into giving me a 10% discount(on my next order). Fortunately for me, there will never be another order with Isgo. I wipe my hands clean of this colorblind place.

The coloring in the photo prints is way off. NoHo prints is more accurate.

Isgo has been my primary headshot printer for the past 10 years. They always have my prints ready when they say they will and they are great quality. Their prices are better than the other top headshot printing companies. And they have a few free parking spaces for customers in the lot behind the building.

Wow. I have been an Isgo’s customer since 2002. Never again. Just two years ago I received great prints from them. But recently it looks like they’ve switched to a lower quality photographic paper & the print jobs are just shoddy. I’m sad I can no longer trust them to provide excellent, quality headshot prints.

Nice friendly staff. Street Parking. Must pay in advance for prints. I recommend having your professional photos printed Lambda Custom Prints. They will enhance your photos and you’ll get a digital copy with your prints.

They said my books would be ready in two biz days. I ordered on sat. On wed i called and they said it wouldn’t be ready until thurs after 12. Friday at noon I drove down there(not close to my house at all) and they told me after I waited 20 minutes that it wouldn’t be ready until after 4 pm because their machines were being«weird». They offered to ship it to me but not till mon because their mail gets picked up at 2. No discount. No apology. Will not be using them again. Update: four days later… A WEEK after it was supposed to be ready they call me to tell me they are shipping it TOMORROW and they need a credit card for shipping costs. Just complete lack of communication, organization and customer service. It’s too bad. Got the books today and they came out great. :(
