Music Box Attic

So my music box didn’t work for a day, so I contacted Music Box and have been in communication with Boris. Most polite man. I didn’t have my order number so he found my order by using my name and address, then offered free repair as promised under the lifetime warranty. Usually these warranties are offered, but they make it very difficult for you to take advantage of it. Not with Music Box Attic. Thing is my music box started working again after just a day, must’ve had a minor mechanical «glitch» somewhere from not using it for a while. Anyway I didn’t tell him that just to test the level of service Music Box provides. Turns out it’s very good. I had been withholding recommending Music Box Attic to a colleague of mine that was interested, but now I can safely recommend them to him. It’s his spouse’s birthday soon so.
By the way the product is well worth your buck so fear not. It’s a very good romantic and/​or sentimental gift for your significant other, children, or anyone else you hold most dear.

The Long Story:
I didn’t even know this company existed until my first option failed me. I searched high and low for a music box maker and stumbled upon them by accident. I got more than I expected. I ordered on Wed. and it came on Friday. I guess it helped that they were local, but what service! The music selection is fantastic. I didn’t know what they had, so I had many back up songs. It turns out they had my first choice song and all my back up songs! Just Awesome! The quality and workmanship is second to none and they even put the music box in a nice velvet /​felt bag so it wouldn’t get scratched. To me, presentation is ¾ of the product and it’s the little things that make the gift more special! I highly recommend Music Box Attic if you are looking for that special music box gift.
P. S. They even have engraving — many styles. A real Bonus for me!

I have purchased two music boxes from Music Box Attic and both far exceeded my expectations. I first purchased one for my mother-​in-​law, and it had to be a custom-​made job as the song I wanted was not available on Music Box Attic’s extensive song list. From the quality of the Sorrento box to the sound of the music to the personalized engraving under the lid, the end result was just perfect. My mother-​in-​law has repeatedly told me since receiving the box that it is one of the best gifts she has ever received (she had tears in her eyes upon opening it.) With Mother’s Day around the corner, I knew exactly what I would be purchasing for my own mother. Again, I wanted a very specific song for her custom music box that wasn’t readily available, but Boris and Mike made it happen for me. Again, they helped me select just the right box and were quick to answer any questions I had. Overall, MBA provided an excellent level of customer service the whole way through. While the music boxes do not come cheap, their beautiful quality makes them worth every penny. I live a few hundred miles from their store, but the turnaround time and delivery were extremely fast – I felt like I was dealing with a local neighborhood shop. I highly recommend this company!
