Read a few Unilocal reviews, so I decided to go in.
The men who worked there helped me out right away, super friendly. Kept things straight and to the point, I told them I could only spend so much and they got me right what I needed. Didn’t try to make me spend a lot, like most companies would.
I got the mattress delivered to my new apartment the next day.
If you’re on a budget, this place is FOR SURE worth checking out!

Worst mattress buying experience ever! Cheap prices and cheap quality!!! Would never recommend this place to anyone!!! Bought a set and he substituted the box spring for the cheapest one they had! When I called him on it, he flipped out on me. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and he screamed at me. I think he was on drugs because he flew off the handle in 2 seconds. Customer service at it’s worst!!!

This place was great! No hard selling and had the mattress delivered on time!

totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I walked in the store and the sales person, also the owner was laying in the corner dozing off. We had a brief conversation about what I was looking for and since he had no display units, he showed me photos on his computer. I politely asked him to email those photos and he said to go on the web site. if felt as if he had no interest of selling me anything. at this moment I started writing down his web site and it just hit me. I am the client and this guy is doing nothing to sell me his product. he didn’t even offer to write down the model numbers on the back of his business card. he was flat out lazy and unprofessional. His store is not the only one in the area and i explained that to him so he asked me to go across the street and buy what i was looking for from another store. For me this is a big deal because I used to work in retail and every customer should be treated. well like a customer. he could have easily said I am not allowed to email you the photos but here is my business card with the model numbers. it doesn’t take much to disappoint a customer…

Does anyone have a working phone number for this company??? I keep trying to call and they are bum numbers, which makes me feel like the place is sketchy! I wanna buy from them, but need a phone number, can anyone help?

Found this business on Unilocal and decided to check it out. I am a pretty straight forward buyer and pretty much knew what I wanted before I walked in. The owner spent a good hour as I made my final decision on a mattress since I knew what type of bed I was looking for. The price was reasonable and Tom was pleasant and helpful. Delivery day he was a few hours early (bonus) and was done within an hour. I am more than pleased! I will be buying more from them in the very near future!

I am so excited about my new mattress and box-​spring set from NoHo Mattress company! After searching other stores for a decent pillowtop bed, I was disappointed to see what i could get within my price range. Found NoHo Mattress on craigslist and was able to stop in and pick out a really nice brand new pillow top organic bamboo set for just $ 220 including delivery! The guys who work there were friendly, helpful, funny and delivered the bed in less than an hour to my home. I will be back to pick up one of their equally reasonable and modern looking frames, and custom couches. Thank you so much guys, I will be sending all my friends and associates your way! :)

I expected buying a new mattress to be a pain in the butt, but it was so easy here. We told them what we wanted and our price range, they showed us exactly that and we got a great deal. They gave us a discount for using cash, and delivered it within half an hour.

This place is awesome. Kind and courteous staff. Very insightful. Very helpful. I will do business with them again.

Best couch we have ever EVER owned and EVERYONE who sits on it gets drowsy because it’s so comfortable. Fabulous prices and great quality. I brought in a photo of a sofa I liked at Pottery Barn and they custom made our couch to perfection.

I’ve bought two sets of furniture from this store. Both at great prices. If you want nice furniture at moderate prices minus the ass kissing you might get elsewhere then this is your store. On both occassions I was able to haggle an even lower price and a super rate on delivery. My furniture after two years is still good. I purchased a navy blue velvet tuxedo couch lined in white and you can’t imagine how many compliments that piece alone gets. They have alot of pieces in the store and catalog of other things they can order in under a week. All in all a good experience. I would shop with them again and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I went here despite reading a review on another site about poor customer service. The customer service is horrible and they forgot to place my order!
I went in to order a futon cover. They assured me they would have it the next day as long as I placed the order before 4:30. I went home to think about the color. I called at 4:00pm and spoke to the man to place order. He wasn’t at the store apparently but assured me I would have it tomorrow. I called again at 4:30 to confirm the order was placed. I left a message and no one called me back.
I got a call the next morning saying they were out of the color I wanted which translates too «I didn’t place the order yesterday because if I did I would have called you yesterday with this information». I resent them not ordering and covering up with a lie.
