Pizza Italia is a hidden gem of NoHo. We work near here and at least once a week get a large pepperoni, sausage and jalapeño pizza. It is so very delicious every time!
Can’t recommend their pizza enough — it’s a great pie!

This was my second try of giving Pizza Italia a shot. I ordered a simple medium pepperoni pizza and hot wings. When I went to pick it up I noticed there was no dressing for the hot wings. After my request for some ranch dressing I was informed it was an additional $ 1 charge. Put off, I accepted that. Then when I pulled out my debit card to pay, they informed me of an additional $ 1 fee. Not happy with what had just happened I made it home to start my dinner to only pull a long blonde hair out of my mouth. I called, they apologized and offered to give me a free pizza on my next visit. As far as I’m concerned, that was 3 strikes in one visit. Will not be going back.

If you like thin and crispy pizza this is the place to go to. Pizza tastes good even after you microwave it or toast it again. A lot of people complaining about the service, but it’s probably just their culture to talk loud and aggressive sometimes. I don’t care for service I just want dat pizza.

Please stay away from this place. Their food is not that great and changed my receipt and gave them self a 9 dollar tip for delivery of a 15 dollar purchase. This place is a RIP OFF and border line FRAUD

Their pizza is decent. The problem I have with this place is their service. The man in the front who takes the orders (think he’s the owner) is consistently rude. There are way too many pizza joints I can go to and not have to deal with stuff like that. I won’t be going back that’s for sure.

This was my first time here and I myself like to enjoy random little restaurants like this one. This place doesn’t look as welcoming as it should, but their ajarsky was so amazing. It had a generous amount of cheese on it. The only reason why I am not giving this place the 5 stars is because first off, when we parked and sat down we parked in the «manager’s spot» and were told to move the car. The parking lot never has parking! I had to park in the handicap and wait for someone to come out so i can park. Another reason why that extra star isn’t there is because, while my boyfriend and I were eating the man answering the phone sounded so obnoxious and angry. I kind of felt bad for the customer on the phone. I guess he didn’t understand what he or she was saying and he just said so rudely, «What are you saying! I don’t understand you! Say it normal!» I’m sorry but that is no way to speak to a customer. I might be returning for that cheesy ajarsky though. But that was a really bad first impression. Just sayin.

Tried this place a few weeks ago as we like to keep our $$ in our neighborhood when we can. You don’t get more mom and pop than this place and the one guy working seems clearly the owner. Nice guy to us and though the pizza was bad… it wasn’t the best. At best, it wasn’t all right. I would say it was good for the price we bought it. Don’t know if we’ll go back.

I just tried to place an order for delivery, and an angry man (owner?) answered the phone and said I lived too far and they won’t deliver and proceeded to hang up on me. WTF?! I always get delivery from this place, but now they have lost my business for good. Horrible customer service. I hope this place closes down.

I have eaten from here and I know the owner. I ordered from there today and he told me delivery would be in 30 – 40 minutes. So I call them 1 hour later and ask them when will it be here the man told me 10 – 20 minutes. 40 minutes later my mother calls back and he says we are about to make the food. May I remind you 1 hour 40 minutes has passed since I have ordered. I have guests over and they have waited almost 2 hours now for the food. My mom had the phone on speaker and he is yelling at her telling her that he is trying to make the food as good as possible and when my mom told him no need to yell thats not right to yell at customers he gets even louder and yells at her saying who are you to tell me what to do I know how to work my business. Again i love there food but the service from there owner was absolutely disgusting I am completely appauled from the way he was talking and at some of the stuff he was saying.

Bomb food, great service. I order from here all the time the pizza is amazing and so is the price, the chicken alfredo pasta is very good too sooo cheesy yum. I recommend this place to anyone. Its bomb!

Do NOT order from here if you only speak English. Can’t place a delivery order over the phone because I need to know another language to speak with the woman who answers the phone. Ridiculous! If you own or work in a buisness in this country, learn some ENGLISH!!! Never again will I order from here and I was a long time customer! Never again though. Never again will I order from here.

Location is a bit run-​down, but don’t be put off by that.
Tried a small pepperoni pizza for $ 5 and it was insanely good. Sounds crazy, but I swear it was just as good as the pizza at Pizzeria Mozza. Similar crust — edges are raised and bubbly, while the inner part is thin and crispy.

Great pie, great price, great smell, great taste! I bought one to go, but only made it to the parking lot! Don’t bypass this place. I’ll be back!!!

Great crust and great pizza. Give them a try if you’re in the neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed.

Every time I’m at work craving pizza I always order from this place :). perfectly made pizza and also the hot wings are really good a must try
Great Food & Pretty Good Service

This pizza is cheap. And when I say cheap I mean Little Caesars cheap. for 6 dollars you get a good sized medium pizza. Besides the fact that the pizza is cheap, it is HELLA good. That’s right. I said hella and I’m a socal native. What this means is that I am willing to use bullshit NoCal terminology to express how good this pizza is.
Excellent taste, quality, and price.
Eat it.
