I came here on my lunch break and this place was fabulous! We were technically the only ones here because it was so early but wow! We had great service and the hookah was… PERFECT. Honestly, I go to hookah lounges a lot and this session was one of the bests. I definitely recommend for hookah. Not sure about the food since we didn’t have any today. We parked in front on the parking meter so I’m not see if they provide parking. The man who was helping us out was extreme helpful and made a great blend for us since we asked for his recommendation! Will be back during the nighttime in the near future! :)

Delicious chicken and yogurt dip! Not oily at all and very fresh. :) Very flavorful as well. The staff is very friendly. I have a lot of allergies and they provided me the info of what they put in the chicken. I didn’t have a reaction so they were 100% honest. :)

Yummy penne arrabbiata and garlic fries! Great free wifi, chill place to write, work, play games (big tables), etc. Outlets and wifi, guys.
Service can be slow, but this is great if you just want a place to chill for a while. No rush or pressure at all. I want to see this place get more business – I love coming here.
My friends are enjoying a nice coconut Starbuzz hookah and loving it too!!! Ladies bathroom very clean and my bf says theirs is nice too.

Sunday April 3, 2016 at approximately 11:45am my wife and I arrived to go and eat. Everything online states it opens at 11:30am yet the entire location appeared desolate. The sign on the front door reads «Open». The door was locked and no one inside or outside. Made a phone call and could hear the phone ringing from out front. Left a message on the voice mail letting them know that the place is closed yet should be open. We’re very disappointed. Why are they advertising for lunch and dinner when they’re not?

I love this place. It has a great location on Lankershim Blvd and it has both beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. Everytime I have been there (maybe 5 times total), it has been EMPTY! I don’t get it. The owner is so nice and always there. He has been our waiter several times as well. I don’t go there for the hookah, but sometimes when I’m with friends, we end up doing it. My only issue is that they are a little stingy with changing the coals. The food is overall pretty great. I LOVE the hummus and chicken souvlaki kabobs! But I have also gotten things that were a miss. (gyros are not good) Overall, I always have an awesome time here, great prices, no wait, good service. If I want Mediterranean food, I come here. Besides the gyros! :)

Didn’t love this place the waiter was a little rude. It was late night and he was the only person there but no reason to be rude.
It’s a shame because the hookah is solid. Didn’t try the food I heard it’s just okay.
I would have giving it four stars if the service was better… mehhh.

I live a block away and Mido is always welcoming. I have a lot of business meetings there and people are always impressed by the food and that he prepares everything himself.

I don’t understand why this place isn’t more hyped and highly rated. I came here with my husband and friend since we live closeby and decided to give it a try, since we always passed by it and wondered why such a huge restaurant always seemed quite empty most of the time.
Came here and got the beef and chicken shawarma platter and a side of fries. I really love their fries! It’s got a tint of vinegar-​y taste and it has just the right amount of Mediterranean spices. The shawarma entrees were delicious too. I like the big and open patio, which is especially great for hookah. The pricing for the food and hookah is just right as well.

My friends and I randomly came here after a night of drinking at the federal. The place was empty at midnight, on a Wednesday night. My other friend was a little weirded out by it but we decided to give it a try. They have this huge patio and a huge dining room. The fire pit in the patio is a nice touch. We ordered a grape mint hookah… We’re very particular in how our hookah bowls are made so it can taste just right and Nido or Mido (sorry I can’t quite remember) got it just right. They have beer and wine here. They serve food. We only tried the calamari which was alright. It came with some lemon Aoli which made it better but I wouldn’t get it again.
Over all the service was really great and that’s what the stars are for.

Ok. After my first review of this place, I found myself coming back frequently, as my friends are usually chilling in the patio here smoking hookah. The place has grown on me. My first visit here was not the best, as this place lacks customers and has no popularity, thus having only one employee is sufficient to run the place.
Hookah has been swell recently and is only getting better. This is one of the few places that has good hookah now.
