Sally Beauty Supply

Ahhh very interesting place. Not the best customer service but they have beauty products if you need to pick something up. I wouldn’t recommend it, but it’s in a convenient location for me.
Parking lot is pretty tight. So be ready for some action when you pull in :)

This is the least of my favorite Sally locations. But it’s right on the corner of my dads house so I come when I’m in a emergency, or need to pick up product to do something quick on myself or a client. The store itself is a typical Sally’s, with all of your Sally’s needs… But I do not like most of the staff there. Especially the younger manager. They need to learn a thing or two on customer service. When I go into a store… I don’t like to feel like people are mis-​directing me. Or making everything harder then it has to be. Like using my business account which I use EVERY TIME I go to Sally’s and no one ever gives me problems. Or not being knowledgeable on product. Or people acting irritated to help a customer… It’s like why are you at work? I love giving good reviews, but I HATE having to come to this Sally’s, and so do my friends and clients that live in the neighborhood. Annoying! Just hit the other location and avoid this one, unless you know exactly what you need to get. In and out.

I went in for hair extensions Bc my boss said it would make me more money. I told the employee I needed help Bc I have never done it before. I go home and start sewing the hair together. When I’m done I put the hair into my hair and it is not visible Bc the employee sold me hair too short for my head. They wasted my time and money and refuse to provide a refund or exchange. Very disappointed

This location is always in stock with what you need & their customer service is awesome.

Its a great store, despite its size they have everything especially lots of sale. Ladies are always helpful sometimes not always energetic. Get a membership card for extra saving and deals, beauty does cost lots of money.
Parking is a little difficult, not enough space, go early.

Like many other Sally stores, this one is pretty small and jam packed with all sorts of products.
They do not have a large selection of organic and natural/​botanical hair products. When I asked a representative to help me locate a botanical condition, she directed me to two (that’s right, only two) different brands which were on opposite sides of the hair products aisle.
Despite this, they do have weekly specials and when you use your rewards card, you get up to 15% off your next purchase.

Got some excellent service here. While checking out, I admitted that I knew very little about the item I was purchasing since there was such a wide variety (and price range). The cashier suggested another product that was on clearance for $ 10 less that was originally $ 60. She also said I’d be able to exchange it for something else if it didn’t work out. That little extra effort inspired me to mention it here. And bonus, I’m happy with my purchase.
The parking lot is a little cramp, but if you don’t mind the extra walk, the street parking is fine.

Me calling on the phone.
Me: Hello. Do you guys sell straight blades for men’s facial hair?
Them: Yes, we do.
Me: Are you sure?
Them: Yes sir.
Me: Ok thanks. I’ll see you soon.
I drive 30 minutes to the place.
Me: I can’t seem to find your straight blades.
Her: We don’t carry them.
Me: Ummm, I called a little while ago, and you said you had it.
Her: Sorry. Do you want to try something else?
Me: (leaves before breaking things)

I found everything I wanted, and a nice gay man complimented me on my (bright pink) hair.
Parking can be tough, and getting in and out of the parking lot can be tough too, especially around evening rush hour.
This store is an excellent example of a Sally’s.
