We woke up to 4+ inches of water in the garage from a busted water heater blasting at full pressure. Tony was out on the scene in less than an hour after we called him. He quickly assessed the damage, recording the measurements and readings, and gave a fair estimate of the cost of remediation. His team was out to the property shortly thereafter to demo the damaged laminate flooring and surrounding drywall and setup their air movers and dehumidifiers. They made sure they covered every inch as they did daily surveys of the damaged area. Tony was a pleasure to work with as he kept in constant contact with us and the insurance company. I’ve saved his number as an emergency contact!
