I’ve been renting copiers and printers from Supertechs Services for my production needs in the entertainment industry for a couple of years now. These guys are legit, very knowledgeable technicians, they quickly discover any problem with our equipment and fix it rapidly.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the service from this company, their technicians respond fast to service calls and not only do they repair our equipment, they also help us with any networking issues we encounter. Our production office is always running smooth because of the support we get from these guys.

You won’t find any other company that will send techs when you need them.
We had a huge print during the weekend for scripts but we were having trouble operating our Machine. I called SuperTech Services and they had a tech come out during the weekend, fixed our issue, made sure the machine was cleaned, and ensured our machine was working properly.

If you need a large quantity printer for rent, I definitely suggest these guys!

Brian and Chris who work here are helpful.. . but we only know this because we have to call and email nearly every day for service on a copier/​printer that our entire business relies upon.
If we weren’t under contract, we wouldn’t use their service anymore. Despite numerous requests from all departments, they will not replace our terrible printer. We have used them just over a year, and have another year to go.
It sounds like such a small thing, but you take for granted the ability to print in a business nowadays, and this company has taken that away from us. They do not care that we won’t be renewing our contract, only that it is signed, and we’re locked in. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

One of the most most greatest experience I’ve had! I was caught in a bad situation and need some urgent help with my copier needs. These guys went above and beyond to help me out. Got a machine for a short term rental and literally had no hiccups! Thank you Supertechs!!!
