My initial visit was thorough and I was left with a good impression. I fully expected the second visit as informed, in 2 – 3 days. Then they did not contact me for 5 more days and then only after my third phone call where the words Complaint and grievance were used. This company is neglectful and unprofessional From the ridiculous employees who cannot answer a phone respectfully to the outright neglect I recieved. I am an open heart surgery patient. This is inexcusable. They are subcontracted to Kaiser. What a dreadful company, I hope Kaiser drops them. Leaving a heart patient at home waiting for the overdue nurse and unresponsive to phone calls. Please be warned. I blame the Managment and not the actual health Care professional. Do consider this experience when you are released from hospital. You may be put at risk with a similar lack of responsive care.
