To whoever owns this franchise… please please please stop owning anything of value. Whomever you have hired to run this place is either willfully malicious or down right incompetent. I am not sure which is worse. But both look awful on you and super surprised that Pizza Hut franchises their name to you all. Ordered pizza about 2 in the afternoon on Saturday. At 4pm pizza was not there. Called… someone said hello then immediately hung up. Called back someone said hello then just put me on hold without saying anything. Once they came back just said please refund my money. As I said that delivery driver pulls up. He assures me a $ 20 credit. When I asked him for a receipt on that he said oh it’s automatic on your account. At that point I didn’t feel like going to jail so I just let it go. To top everything off the actual food was awful. Ordered light sauce got extra see pics. Did not get any ranch with the wings. Did not get any Mariana with bread sticks(I am sure they assumed I could just sop up the extra sauce on my «extra light sauce» pizza). Really wish I would have read some reviews on this Pizza Hut prior to ordering. Have normally ordered from the one in barker and longenbaugh and never had a single issue. The app made me order from this one which I will volunteer for water boarding before I ever do again. To all of you that work at this restaurant… please quit. You are either part of the problem or being dragged down by the incompetent owner and other employees who are beyond worthless. Please close this Pizza Hut and just stop ruining the yum brands name and the Pizza Hut name. Please close this location please please please. I beg. Stop wasting people’s time.

How are these guys still around? Thought my experience was the exception, but it appears to be the norm. A Unilocal search for the franchise shows all locations near me to be 1 – 1.5 stars. My experience was the same as the other review. Cold pizza. I feel cheated & robbed. This used to be a highlight of the week growing up, ‘pizza night.’ Did our standards go up? Or did this chain decrease its quality and service values. Even Facebook added a dislike. Unilocal needs to allow for negative stars. I’m not sure writing this is worth having to give this place even one star.

The pizza took an hour to be delivered. It was cold upon arrival and had to be microwaved. The wings were cold, raw, chewy. Terrible. I called and asked to at least remake the wings. That took another 90 minutes to arrive. More than 2 hours later and the food was simply trashed. Probably the worst Pizza Hut food I’ve ever eaten.
