Alexander Dental Group and Orthodontics

Like other reviewers said, we chose Alexander Dental due to their location. My Sons appointment for oral surgery was for 2 pm, we arrived at 1:45, checked in and did the paperwork. We then sat in the waiting area until 3:10 pm before I asked if maybe we came on the wrong day or time? No, they are running behind and forgot to tell us, and there are still two patients ahead of us! So, after 12 hours of nothing to eat or drink on a 109 degree day and waiting nearly 2 hours past the appointment time, we just got up and left. This dentist appears to just be a production facility, booking as many possible appointments possible. If you have decent insurance, I would recommend going elsewhere. We do and mistakenly choose this place.
**update** the following day we went to another Oral Surgeon, this Dentist questioned why we would want an Oral Surgeon when what my Son had were just simple extractions. Anyways, our new Dentist had us out the door in less then 45 minutes, teeth removed, no surgery, over $ 2000.00 in savings from Alexander.

I chose Alexander Dental because they were so close to my house. I have always hated the dentist as it is… but this place just made it worse.
My Dentist was a nice lady (dont remember her name) and she made me feel really comfortable at first. After the initial exam she informed me that I needed a couple of cavities filled. She asked if I had time today and I said yes. (Little did I know I would be in there for 5 hours.) I sat in the that chair waiting for almost two hours for them to contact my dental insurance company so they could write up a quote for the cost for me. Finally when I decided to just leave and reschedule, they said no… they already had it done??? If it was done already, why was I waiting in the chair for so long?
I agreed to the price quote and the Dentist and her (clearly) brand new dental technician (whatever they are called.) started working on my cavity. The new gal had NO IDEA what she was doing and what was supposed to be 45 minutes or so turned into an hour and a half. The gal kept messing up and not putting the suction in the wrong places and the Dentist was getting super frustrated but trying not to show it.
I left and had immense pain and sensitivity where she filled the cavity for a couple days after the appointment. i came back in (because they should pay to fix it) and sae a different Dentist. He looked at the work that had been done and said «Who did this?», and I informed it was another Dentist in this office. Clearly he knew it was bad work and not done properly. He offered to fix it and I said I would make an appointment. I just didnt want to come back I decided. I didn’t trust this office anymore.
$ 500 later I am stuck with gap in between my back teeth thst she drilled that is constantly getting food stuck in it and painful. I also have to pay for another Dentist to fix the cavities that were not filled properly.

The staff here at Alexander Dental and Orthodontics are very friendly and are willing to work with you financially. From the moment I walked into the office I met several employees all who were generous with their time and treated me very well. Lois from the moment you walk into the lobby greets you with a smile. Dr. Freeman and his dental assistants, Jess, Letty and Seneca were fantastic. Phil and Dana helped me schedule my Orthodontic appointment it just seemed so easy and I cant wait to go back in a couple of days to get my braces. This is a great office I would recommend anyone to go here.
