I made a huge mistake when I bought my tiles from this store. I believe I was not a given an honest deal especially when the salesperson (who incidentally said he was part-​owner of the store) made 2 invoices on one sales transaction after he encouraged me to pay in cash. The 2 invoices had different amounts, one of which my signature was faked. I only found about this when I went back to the store to ask for a duplicate as I misplaced the first invoice. When I got a photocopy of the invoice, the guy gave me the 2^nd invoice with my name but different amount and definitely not my signature on it. When I reported the incident to the owner, he promised he would make it right. He did call to let me know that there was nothing wrong and that their supplier made a pricing error, hence the second invoice.
One transaction, 2 invoices with different amounts, and a faked signature will not convince me that there was nothing wrong. To a customer, the explanation was not believable at all. You just lost me as a customer! I was advised to file a complaint with the Consumers Protection office as it involves faked signature and altered invoice amounts. I believe I will.
