I am so happy that this side of town has lots of healthy options popping up lately. G and P is another light and healthy choice if your wallet can handle it. I know fresh options are usually more expensive, but for some reason, G and P always seems to feel like I am paying a few dollars too much for the items that I order. I have ordered their juices, salads, wraps, and pizzas. All were very tasty, flavorful, and yes– fresh. I usually get my orders to go because it is a small place and get crowded. I have seen the owner/manager come out and talk to the costumers and bring the meals to the tables which is a nice touch. I do however HATE how dang tall the counter is when you are standing in line to order. I feel trapped and claustrophobic while I am waiting. I get a neck cramp trying to look over the wall and strain to read the menu. Oh well. The sacrifices we make to eat some healthy food. :)

I loved this place! I live really close and thought it was part of the supplement store that is next door, but as I was driving to Del Taco I noticed it was a café. The food tastes great, the service was superb and the place was very clean. I didn’t see too many people there, probably because it is so new and people don’t know about it. I got a smoothie as well that was really good!

My boyfriend and I came here on a sunny Tuesday morning really excited that there is a healthy place with vegan options in the north side of town finally! We ordered the Southwest Tofu and Soy Chorizo Burrito and the Green Ginger Limeade Juice just to try it out for the first time and it was really great, I especially loved the crispy tofu that they served alongside the burrito. The juice was so satisfyingly tasty! It had all of my favorite flavors in one. They have complementary cucumber lime water in a nice fountain dispenser by the rest of the fountain drinks and it was delicious and a nice added touch. Definitely will be frequenting this location.

I went in really hoping to like this place. I’d really been looking forward to it. Unfortunately, what I ordered was absolutely disgusting and inedible. I got the 7 Vegetable Broccoli Cheese soup. It’s blended, has a few small pieces of cabbage on top and pita type crackers. It was chalky and flavorless. I tried several spoonfuls hoping it was an acquired taste. It wasn’t. I will most likely try the restaurant at least once more. All of the food can’t be that bad. I’ll try something others have recommended. I do have to say the service was excellent.

So far I love the place. Every good customer service. A place near my house that has good food choices. Definitely going to come back! A bit pricey but it’s well worth it for a healthy life style on the go and when you’re in a hurry. Love the ostrich burger and the acai berry smoothie.

We’re so happy to have a delicious and nutritious food choice up north! We’ve enjoyed the W. Flamingo locations many times… no need for the long drive any longer!!! Same friendly staff and clean restaurant. We had the bison burger and bbq chicken pizza(pita bread option). Great juicy burger! Ostrich is on the menu, but I’m not sure I can handle that. The pizza sauce had a great kick to it. It had the right balance of toppings. I love that they offer free infused water too. From past experience, you can’t go wrong with the granola French toast! Tofu fries are also a win. We’ll be back soon for smoothies!

Finally, there is a nearby, health-conscious restaurant that offers vegetarian/vegan options! The location is a bit tricky, as it is located across from Del Taco and not within the direct LVAC parking lot as stated on menus found at other locations, along with their own. I would highly suggest a «Grand Opening» sign if at all possible to help gain more customers. The food is amazing and the customer service is excellent! I love the G&P veggie burger, tofu fries, grilled vegetable wrap, hummus and pita, the build your own meal,(with tofu, edamame, sweet potato mash and aged balsamic reduction) acai bowl, granola crusted french toast, multi-grain protein pancakes, and the banana bread, made with walnuts and chocolate chips! ANNOUNCEMENT: They are now serving sweet potato fries — yum! I LOVE that they do not fry any meat or fish, which prevents cross contamination for those who have dietary concerns. My meat-eating fiancé likes the mini Ahi tostadas, Ahi protein salad, the California grilled chicken wrap and all of the above! He has yet to try a burger but they have only been open for a couple of weeks. We still have more to try! I have been trying to eat healthier and be more aware of my portions, especially with the wedding around the corner. It is extremely helpful to have an idea of how many calories I am consuming per meal. However, I have let them know they should add the calorie count for the tofu fries — for consistency, of course. No joke, but I have been losing some weight after working out, along with eating a couple of meals here per week. It is safe to say, I am a bit obsessed. Enjoy!

It’s really nice to finally have a fresh and healthy food joint on this side of town! I ordered the chicken satay. It had a just the right amount of flavor and was a good portion size for me. I also enjoyed how the food presentation was pretty nice for a casual dining place! My boyfriend had the bison burger with tofu fries. He was hesitant to try the fries, but in the end, enjoyed them and the whole meal overall. The staff were all very friendly too.

Thank goodness I don’t have to drive all the way to the other side of town to get a good post-workout meal. Greens and Proteins caters to those that are calorie-conscious, macro-conscious, protein-conscious, those who didn’t meal prep, and anybody who’s just finding out that eating healthy doesn’t have to taste like cardboard. They have smoothies, salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, acai bowl, tofu fries, jicama fries, customizable meals, protein cookies and baked goodies. They have a variety of protein sources for carnivores and vegetarians: ostrich, bison, chicken, ahi tuna, steak, tofu, etc. They have grains and veggies. And I must say, I love how they cook their tofu — it’s warm, lightly crisp and flavorful. My favorites include the bison burger with tofu fries, ahi tuna salad, acai berry smoothie, and my custom combo(ahi tuna with broccoli or asparagus, brown rice and pesto). The calorie info is displayed on their menu. Food does not have to be laden with fat, salt and sugar to taste good.

Extremely happy they are finally on this side of town! I was able to go the other day and got the G & P breakfast burrito with tofu fries and it was amazing! I also love the banana split smoothie! So much flavor and extremely heathy!

Another Green’s and Proteins! I usually get a grilled veggie wrap and tofu fries. Actually I try to try something different each time I visit a location. Got a berry smoothie today and can say that this location put out the same quality as the other two locations I have been to. G&P’s favors opening locations by LVAC’s and this is no exception. Right at N. Decatur and Rice. Anyway I’m usually not in this area but ran an errand this morning and popped in for a custom smoothie and am happy the quality is staying consistent. These places are not Go Raw but they always put out a fast and healthy choice when needed :) Happy to see another location and good luck!

Awesome place for healthy and flavorful food. I usually get the Wellness or the Green Ginger Limeade drinks. There food is a bit pricy, but worth it. I’m so glad they finally came to the northwest!!!
