Every time I come here for my print or shipping services I’m always waiting an extremely long time before I am even acknowledged. It’s crazy how horrible the customer service is at this location. I live in Henderson but work by this location as well as my mom lives her so it’s very convient but I wish they’d get it together

Their staff literally just stand around waiting for something to happen. Bad customer service and dirty store!

This place is so ridiculous! Always short staffed in the copy center. Waiting 30 minutes in line to print 2 pieces of paper. Unbelievable!

Awful customer service. Nobody helped me with a laptop I was going to buy. When I reached to someone for assistance, she completely ignored me and answered a telephone call, because she considered that more important than to assist me. Just poor customer service, would not recommend to anyone.

Stand line for about a good 10 minutes got help had something laminated and they could even get the bubbles out very rude. Shitty Service

I have to give it to Office Depot. They are a truly dying breed of a retailer in a particular niche market that has largely been devoured by the Internet, Staples, and stealing from work (with the latter probably being their biggest competitor). Office Depot manages to survive offering select business services like laminating, faxing, and photocopies for those that don’t have a job that offers these things for free. They also offer a large selection of overpriced office supplies for those who don’t want or can’t wait for Amazon to deliver their items at about a 50% price reduction.
My daughter is about to start school and she wanted to get some drawings laminated. As this is one of those unique situations where my work doesn’t have a laminator nor did I want to wait for some online service, we took a trip to Office Depot. There once was an Office Max in this shopping center I believe, but it closed at some point.
We had 3 items laminated. Total came to just shy of $ 10. Yikes. Pretty pricey, but it made her happy so whatever.
I took a look around and was surprised at how many people were there. Clearly, most people there were not there to shop for office supplies or anything. They were there for business services. The aisles were all empty and the place looked like it was staffed with a total of 3 people.
Brick and mortar retail is a hard hit industry due to modern Internet shopping and few industries in retail are harder hit than the office supply places. Walmart, Staples, and Amazon pretty much own this market and once WM starts offering laminating services, I really see no reason to ever go to Office Depot again. Sad but true.

Here’s my theory, in 1985 this chain purchased there very first fax machine. Fast forward to the year 2015 and oh em gee! It’s in the same spot. A 90’s kid (25 yrs old) walks in and has no idea what he’s doing (I’m talking about my self if you didn’t catch it) bottom line it takes 20 min to go thru, assuming it goes thru the first time, if not … another 20 min. And God forbid you don’t know how to operate one of these Dinosaurs well then that’s an extra 10 – 20 min cause no one’s available to help you, maybe there service is better if you buy a pallet of of contruction paper

If there was an option to put no stars, I would. Amber who has short, brown hair is really unprofessional. She is NOT helpful and has a major attitude. I usually do not write poor reviews on businesses I did not enjoy visiting… I felt the need to with this one. Poor customer service.

Went there for a desk for my new job. working from home! A guaranteed buy since i need one :-) after hobbling around on crutches for 10 minutes looking at their displays and not one person even acknowledged us we left! Didnt even deserve the 1 star but i had to give something to Unilocal this… Not busy, staff at registers but none on the floor. Needless to say we’re headed to Staples.

Customer service needs improvement, especially with the elderly in need of assistance with figuring out how to use the printing/​scanning/​copying machines. All that was asked during a visit on October 22, 2014, was for some assistance with how to make copies, but instead of assistance, a gentleman working at this location was not only rude to the elderly couple, but also decided to get another customer involved in making unnecessary and inappropriate comments about the couple’s inability to use the machines. If management, or any one else from Office Depot care enough to read these reviews, don’t take my word for it – look at the cameras. Courtesy goes a long way.

The customer service here is great! It was super busy today since it’s back to school season and despite how many people there were, the employees seemed more than happy to help! While I was searching for an item, one of the employees came up to me and helped me find what I needed without me asking which was really nice.

Horrible customer service. Takes 20 minutes just for them to print something out. Employees are rude and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk up to them. Won’t be coming back here.

Great customer service!!! I stopped here to get some photos print for school. The lady there called Gen helped me to size the photos (without a charge). She was nice and helpful I totally recommend you to stop here whenever you need this type of services and prices are reasonable $ 8.xx for 16 photos and quality of prints are good

No customer service. There was one employee handling the ink department/​register, one person handling the print shop/​register, and two employee wanderers. I and a young lady behind me took turns waiting in both lines hoping to be helped. Everyone managed to effectively ignore us for 15 minutes before I gave up. No one teaches customer service anymore!

So I need to first point out that there was nothing ‘wrong’ with the staff, they seemed eager to help, but weren’t really helpful (seemed like they maybe weren’t trained well).
So I spent an hour or so on their website picking out the perfect desk; the website showed that the desk was in stock at this store, I was also assured by a chat associate that the desk was in stock. I went into the store, a young man went into the back and came out telling me the desk was in stock and would be ready up front. When I went to go check out at the front, I was told they still had to pull the stock. I waited for 10 minutes before someone came to inform me the desk was not in stock. I was told that the Rainbow location had some in stock. It took another 15 minutes to call another store, which did not have the item in stock. I was offered the opportunity to place an order and have it delivered to my home.
None of the staff offered to have a manager come out, they didn’t offer to sell me the floor model, they didn’t offer to help me look for something else. All in all, I spent 2 hours trying to purchase the desk at Office Depot. I walked into Office Max right across the street and walked out 20 minutes later with a desk that I loved. Guess where I’ll be going the next time I’m looking for office supplies.

Love this location. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. LOVE the Store Mgr Fran! She knows everything to help with any questions or concerns! NICI is great too! Always gets my copy order done on time, correct and is personable through the process!

This store is very neat & I seriously was amazed at how courteous the cashier was. It’s not all that common in this day & age so this being my 2^nd time in this store, I was surpised again. The 1^st time, other than 1 cashier & long line for check out or help, the male clerk was also very helpful.
