ProStar and Thomas are amazing. Thomas is very upfront, honest and truly cares about his customers. I have had the pleasure of his pest control service for over 7 years and have never seen a bug in or around my home. Thomas takes the time to explain what he is doing. His genuine concern for you home satisfaction is such a delight to deal with. I highly recommend him to everyone I hear needs a bug extermination company. BEWARE FROM THIS GUY.
I scheduled service with this company for a first time, when he arrived (an hour late from appt) he was smelling weed very bad that’s when I kind of thought that I am dealing with a bad company, but from other point who cares what he smells like as long as he is doing what he supposed to do right.
He started spraying in my garage Then moved to my backyard while he was in a backyard I was watching him from bedroom window and I noticed him adding tap water to his spray can and basically spraying tap water around my house… I immediately got out and told him to leave because I am not paying anyone to spray my house with tap water…
To keep it short he tried to give me a bs story about why he puts water in his sprayer, but you know he had to tell me something. This guy is a SCAM!!!
Another fact that I want to bring your attention to this guy left a reviews and tips to his own company as a customer. I will make sure to report him to Unilocal too. Good luck Mr Thomas!!!

Very satisfied with Prostar Pest Control! Tom is very friendly, very knowledgeable and always accommodating. His prices are fair. He will communicate via email if desired, and also offers online payment options — yay! Highly recommended. No bug issues, which is the best part!
