Red Persimmon Nails

Had a great experience at this salon. I previously had my nails done a few weeks earlier and the job was not so great. Tommy did a great job removing the old nails and putting on an new set which are not only lasting much longer, are lifting less and look much better 2 weeks into wear. I will be going back for sure, but yes — I’ll be making an appointment as they are very busy!

Most unhelpful salon I’ve ever set foot in. Walked in, asking for a polish change. After spending 10 minutes telling me I needed a fill (having gotten my nails done 4 days earlier at another salon) and literally throwing a basket filled with color choices next to where they sat me, I got a little uncomfortable. Two of the ladies started talking about me and my nails because all I heard over and over was the word «fill». After another awkward 5 minutes of being ignored and no one starting on my nails, I just said nevermind and walked out. Don’t waste your time and money.

Have been coming here for a year and a half. Very friendly staff. Most say though that Amy is the absolute best!!! She does best pedicure I’ve had since moving here 2 ½ years ago and does meticulous, always perfect gel nails.

THEY DO NOT HONOR PRICES! I’ve been going here for a while, always get the same service pedicure and gel manicure. I like the fact that I never have to wait long, the service is average to every other salon. Yet after keeping track of what I’m being charged four times in a row, the price increases and varies by technician. Used to pay $ 63, then it went up to $ 65, $ 68 and today was $ 70! I will not be returning. The price is not worth the service, when you question it they make up some excuse.

Decent services and the staff is polite the price just seems to change every time I got pretty annoying.

DISGUSTING!!! I brought my mom here for her birthday because of the reviews… I regretted that decision within 5 minutes into my pedicure. As a licensed Cosmetologist and Nail Technician I am suuuuuuuper picky about how clean a nail salon is. When we walked in the first thing I asked was for the tub in the chair to be sanitized and the lady behind the desk said «oh it has been sanitized ma’am you will see we are very clean we don’t want any of our customers to have a bad experience, these all our repeat customers you can ask them all if you like. We take pride in being clean» This put me at ease… a little. So as I’m sitting getting getting my pedicure look over at my mom and the girl doing her pedicure was getting ready to use an electric drill to file her natural toenail and the drill bit file she was getting ready to use was used as in previously… on someone else’s toenail! Then stupid me not paying attention to «Maggie» the girl doing my pedi I look down as she is buffing my toenail with a used buffing block. {Side note: any nail file and buffing block at a nail salon that is cardboard and foam needs to be thrown away after every client and you can tell if they have been previously used by the white marks on them. and if it a foot file of a pumice stone variety absolutely not because dead skin cells get trapped in there and there is no way you can get them out} So normally at this time I would have gotten up and walked out but as to not ruin my mothers birthday I let her enjoy her pampering. So onto the foot filing, Maggie decided to use a purple pumice the kind that is not sanitize-​able, now she pulled it out of her drawer so I wasn’t able to tell if it was new or not. But then after Maggie was done she rinsed it off in my dirty foot bath water and put it back in her drawer. Then the girl doing my moms feet got up and went into the drawer and grabbed the exact same file. I then told her to stop and go get a new one. I then looked at my mom and with my not so quiet voice said she was going to use the same file that was used on me… that is F**king DISGUSTING!!! After I cringed my way through the rest of my pedicure in hopes I don’t catch a foot fungusI watched every they made very carefully. After we were told to go sit and let our toes dry I watched as the «sanitized“the chair with Barbicide??? Haaa what a joke! Rinsing it with a hose and wiping it down with the same dirty towel you used on your clients is not sanitizing the chairs!
I think it is safe to say I will not be coming back to this salon EVER!

I love love LOVE this salon. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is very friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the Pearl Spa pedicure is awesome! A definite place to go to. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This is just an average nail salon. Definitely not the best work I’ve had done on my toes. $ 25 for a pedicure is more then I want to pay. Only positive that i really enjoyed is they had iPads which were full charged and pre-​loaded with games that i could play. All in all i probably won’t be coming back.

The people here are so nice. Also your feet or hands will feel super soft. They get all the dead skin off and you pick any color you want for you nails or toes.

I use to be a regular here. But I found out that I was over paying. I was all done when the girl doing my pedicure threw my shave foot skin back into the water that I was soaking my feet in! Gag me!!! Plus my polish never stayed on more than a week. The girls are nice and very sweet, but they need to stop watering down the polish!

I’ve been coming here for over a year. They do the best gel nails! I always receive compliments on them. When I first started coming, I used Allie. She no longer works here, but I now use Tammy and she’s the best! Make an appointment with her because she books up!

I think they are busy trying to upsell than doing a good job. I have gone in there several times and the price changes every time for the same thing. I have never heard of paying an extra $ 5 for them to scrap your heels with the cheese grater. It’s just close to the house, but after this time I am not going back.

This must be the shoddiest manicure I have ever had… Jagged edges, color hastily slapped on… It might have had something to do with the fact that I refused their upsell services but I do not think that by giving me the end result that they did makes me want to go back in the future… I will drive a little father down the road to get nice looking nails!

Went in for a pedi with a friend getting a polish change and mani…
*They sat us together only for her polish change and wouldn’t do her mani at the pedi seat so we were separated even though my friend asked to stay by me and no one took the seat after her.
*I wasn’t offered a pair of slippers. That just comes off as saving a buck to me.
*when I asked for change for a $ 10 so that I could tip, I was handed 2 fives… a bit presumptuous, I thought.
So that leaves 2 stars…
One for little Ann being great about my infant son on my lap, and even letting my 6y/​o sit in the pedi chair when he asked. Heck, I’ll give and extra star just for that! How my kids are treated is very important to me!
And another for a decent pedi.

I come here for waxing, manicures and pedicures. They have always done an amazing job and the prices are competitive with other salons. When I come in just for waxing they get me in and out very quickly.
I love their gel manicures. Today I worked with Allie and she was amazing. I will be asking for her from now on when getting my nails done. She did a beautiful blue ombré on my fingernails and toenails that match. I’m not big into manicures or anything flashy but it’s really beautiful. All the ladies here are very friendly and aim to please. As long as I live in Vegas I will continue to come here. They are wonderful!

I was taken here for a mother’s day pedicure and although Tammy does my nails (which I love) some other ladies did my daughter and my pedicure. They were not focused on what they were doing and didn’t do a very good job! They were more concerned about there own language conversation. …They didn’t even polish all of the toe nail on my daughter’s nail.. I’m very disappointed…
