Updated review is good now that they replaced the woman Linda at the front desk. The new people are very pleasant to deal with and the service which never was the problem is as good as it always was.

Swat Bug Killers is a company that is courteous, professional and prompt. I really appreciate that the office calls me to remind me to set up an appointment. They also come out between visits at no charge if you need them to. Our new technician, Jessie, was scheduled at a specific time today and when I wanted him to come earlier, I called the office and within an hour he was at my door. He was very nice and friendly and even had «booties» on when he came into the house. I highly recommend Swat Bug Killers.

I’ve been in Vegas for a year and a half. The whole first year, we used another company. They charged us twice as much & still had to come back every month bc it never really worked. After one visit from these guys, I’ve yet to see anything creepy or crawly inside or outside of my home. I don’t know what they use, but it’s worth the money! The tech I’ve been getting is awesome, too.

I have been dealing with Swat for about 15 years or so and wouldn’t have anyone else at this point. I especially like that if a problem arrises between services they will come out and correct it at no additional charge.
