Honestly. One of the worst.
We have tried this location for delivery a few times. The food is usually delivered within time frame promised, the wait times are just very long. The drivers are usually pretty nice, but the food is just terrible. The dough is routinely undercooked and they never pay attention to the «special directions» entered on the site. Ask for it cooked well, it will arrive undercooked.
I have complained about this location on the corporate website before and they sent me a $ 10 off coupon. That didn’t lower the price any further than the current specials so that was pointless.
Do not get delivery. I’d say give it a try but go pick it up and make sure it’s cooked and looks good.
So not worth the average price of around $ 25-​$ 30 for a couple pizzas delivered.

One of the most polite set of people work there. Even if your order isn’t on time they try to accommodate you and offer a soda or 20% off. The pizza and pasta are nice and fresh the cookie taste amazing and the wings are fried right in front of you. They’re also fast with there service unless it’s a busy night you will be waiting for a little minute 30 minutes at most but majority of the times they have you in and out and the carry out time is almost always accurate. Pizza Hut has one of the best customer service I’ve had in a while.

If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. The employees are very unprofessional & are extremely ghetto. They screwed up my order then tried to make me look like I didn’t know what I ordered. Besides that the other customers in the store had the same issue with them screwing up their orders. I will never go to this location again.

Negative 10 stars worst customer service!!! I ordered 2 hours before pick up online and they couldn’t find the order I waited for another 20 minutes they lost that order!!! Ridiculous!!!

So there are a few things that happened tonight, as this was my first time at this Pizza Hut. I got there and ordered my food, and the lady told me it would be 15 minutes. From 7:19p.m. until 7:44p.m. I heard the manager yelling loudly at her staff, I saw the drivers eating food clearly within the view of the lobby and the other cashier state to everyone «I gotta pee». After I finally got my food, the lady who took my order asked if that had been 15 minutes. I told her «no, but I have my food.» And yes, the food was very good, but I’ll need to choose another Pizza Hut after that experience.

Raw pizza dough, 3 hours for new pizza. Waited on hold 45 min for manager who NEVER picked up. When I told the girl the dough was raw in the middle, she responded «Eeeeeewwww! I’ve never heard of that happening before!». She may not have heard of it directly, but it’s certainly been a problem with this store before (read other reviews right here). Maybe a call to the Health Department for selling raw/​undercooked food is overdue!

This is the worse pizza hut EVER!!! Do not order from here ever! I ordered a pizza today & was given a 50 min arrival time. The pizza came an hour and a half later, the delivery guy said he left my food at the store and had to turn around to get it, but he still had to come back because he still forgot my soda! which he brought back an hour later after that! I tried calling for 2 hours to place a complaint but the store stopped taking calls & the answering service was taking all calls, which they left me on hold too! I’m not excepting this I may go to the store because this is absolutely ridiculous. My pizza was cold and doughy. I will NEVER order from here again! Don’t order here I AM WARNING YOU NOW!

This is the worst pizza Hut I have ever been to. Last week I ordered 2 pizzas on their mobile app, when I got home with them they didn’t have the toppings ordered and the were raw. I immediately called the store and was told the would credit my account for the purchase. Today I placed a duplicate order and when I went back into the store to get my pizzas I was told that I owed $ 2.38. I said no I already paid last week, the manager said I had to pay the additional amount today because they only put a $ 20.00 credit onto my account. It’s is obvious that this manager and the one from last week know how to manipulate the order and cask systems because when I got home and decided to call in and complain the manager said that if I wanted my pizzas today I would have to pay over $ 8.00. I ask why and explained that I already paid last week for garbage pizza and was told that this is total now due if I want my pizza. This is all very shaddy and I would encourage every customer to be very careful when dealing with this store. It is obvious to me that they are stealing and cheating their customers and I would think twice before giving my credit card information or anymore cash to this location. The area I live in is elderly and I now see that this store and the management here prey on this customer base. I would encourage the owner of this franchise to start checking the pockets of the management and employees at the end of every shift! There is a lot of nonsense going on here and it needs to be addressed! Stay away from here unless you want to be stolen from!

Honestly I don’t really consider Pizza Hut to be pizza. Being from New York pizza to me is a large, thin, foldable slice that is soft and chewy yet crunchy at the same time. That being said, when I consider Pizza Hut is not going for that style of pizza I don’t mind it from time to time. This particular night I had no idea what to cook and received an email coupon for free cheesy breadsticks, so I went with it. I placed the order online and was pleased to find I could request a pickup time in the future, which worked out perfectly since I was going to the gym for an hour or so before I would make it to pickup. I ended up ordering their new garlic parmesean crust pizza with roasted veggies as well as the dinner box which includes a medium one topping pan pizza, breadsticks, and cinnasticks, and of course the free cheesy breadtsticks. Between all the specials and coupons this only came to about $ 20.
I picked up the pizza after my trip to the gym. It was there waiting for me, and the staff was friendly and quick. Everything in the order was correct. I won’t go into too many details about the food, as I think everyone knows what to expect from pizza hut. I did like the new garlic parm crust better than their pan pizza (though to be honest I’ve never really liked their pan pizza, I stick with the thin and crispy usually) and the cinnasticks were really good.
Although this is pretty much fast food pizza, and not at all what I would order if I were craving «real pizza» the price and speed cannot be beat. My brother and I probably got about 3 meals each and a few random snacks out of the $ 20 order, it’s hard to complain about that.
