They priced matched me to a competitor down the road which was great at first since they were closer. But in less than a year they decided to increase my rate to a going «market rate». This rate was a 61% price increase over what I was paying and almost double the cost of other storage companies in the area.
I talked with them and showed them that again their competitors down the street were still at the old price or cheaper so their new «market rate» of 61% more a month was crazy.
They told me that each location has no control over their pricing and that the matter would have to be taken up the the VP of Operations and I never heard from them since.
Do you really want to do business with someone that will increase your rate by 61% on a whim?
Do you really want to do business with a business that has no control over its own pricing and customer support?
