Judy McClellan. I purchased BRAXTON brand wicker furniture from Sheely about three years ago. I need new cushions and tried numerous times to find out how to replace the cushions as the fabric did no hold up. They no longer carry this expensive purchase and have not made any attempt to help me order or replace. I am also a repeat customer? They didn’t even bother to check their warehouse to see if they had that cushion in a different color that they could offer me. When I was shopping for it they were very helpful but now no longer interested in my problem solving. I am not a happy customer. I choose to buy furniture made in the USA. Warren Ohio

uuuuuggghh, hearing my family talk about this company and their experience has me frightened to death to deal with them. I have just been in the room when my sister called 4 times and left 4 message for her contact and kept getting the run around. She called them within 10 days(apparently you must contact them with 7 days for purchase) and said that the this leather recliner couch was so hard, she could not lay on it. I am in awe of the guys response at Sheely’s on speaker phone… «The couch is not meant to lie on, its not a bed, you cannot lie horizontally on reclining couches» What the heck??? Really??? What kind of nonsense is that??? Now they want a 600 restocking!!! So instead, they are going to replace coils and return. I’m sorry but this couch is now only 2.5 months old and she is the only person sitting or lying on this couch and since she works long hours, that«couch time» is minimal! Please tell me you have better customer service than this??? I have to order furniture for my mom in town and wanted to see her experience with this company that she was using… Holy heck, I will stay as far as way as possible!!!

While the service was very good; I’m highly disappointed in the couch we bought! I expressed that I wanted a firm couch that would hold up. We have had it for 2 weeks and it looks like we’ve had it for several years. Sagging bad! I went there thinking it would be higher quality than Value city but to be honest, we paid way more and I wish we would have gone to value city. Furniture I’ve had from there has held up better. I have serious Buyers regret. Nice people, bad couch! Thank you Sherry! We ordered it under my Husbands name. I will call you later today as I don’t want to leave my phone number on here. :)

Bait and switch. We were sold top grain leather furniture, but when it delivered, it was painted bicast leather. They picked up the furniture and returned it but charged us a $ 600 restocking fee. Do not do business with these people. They are dishonest.
