Me and my wife sometimes have lunch in a restaurant next to the store, so we decided to check it out, when inside I made a coment to my wife on how expensive the lamps were, a guy whom we presume was the owner or manager(whith glasse and black lines around his nose) overheard and whent crayzy, he started making racist comments about our nationality.

My wife and I went there on a relaxed Sunday afternoon. We went in and the owner followed us around continuously asking my wife what our budget was. She replied that we didn’t have a budget and that we would tell him if an item interested us. Up to this point, I had not said a word. After the third time and his disparaging and argumentative tone he snapped a remark to my wife, I turned to him and simply said that he’s asked three time and to chill out. He turned back to me as if stunned and really pissed off. He denied that he was pestering her in any way. Since there isn’t any quality merchandise there and since his prices are extremely high, I was ready to leave. He actually acted like he wanted to actually fight. He is crazy. A pretty young woman who was in the store evidently heard and commented to us in the parking lot that he seemed nuts. He should stay as far as possible away from customers as possible. Be warned!

I need some new lights for my place, so I stopped by this store after driving past and went in to look around. They have a large showroom with lots to choose from and offer installation services as well, which is what I was looking for. Made an appointment with these people for an in-home consultation to choose some new fixtures for my condo. I have about half a dozen fixtures to be replaced or added. They required a $ 125 deposit for the service which would then be applied towards any lighting you purchase, so I gave them my credit card and made and appointment. They were supposed to come today at 1pm. At 1:20, no one was here so I called the store and the phone rang for about 3 minutes straight before someone picked it up. I was put on the phone with the girl who was supposed to be here and she said that there was no one to watch the store and she was looking for someone to take over and she would be leaving in 5 minutes. At this point, I was irritated, but just really wanted to just get this lighting thing done. By the time 2 o’clock rolled around, there was still no sign of anyone and no calls from them so I called the store again. This time another girl told me that the girl who was supposed to be here just left(the store is 15m away). Of course, an hour later there was still no one here. As I was walking out the door to drive to the store and get a refund for the $ 125 I put down for a deposit, the girl who was supposed to be here calls. From the store. She started by saying, «Ok, let me explain the situation to you,» and gave me some b.s. about the store being full, and no one there to take over, etc., etc. Seriously, I don’t give a rat’s a** if the store is full. Not my problem! Don’t make appointments you can’t keep and make me waste my day sitting around waiting for you. Told her I was driving to the store now to get a refund for the deposit and hung up. When I got there there were two people walking around the store and no less than 3 other sales people there behind the counter. They had to call a guy whom I am assuming was the manager to come process the refund. He offered to personally come the next day if I wanted. No thank you!
