MIA Dance Factory

Very pleased with the level of professionalism this studio has. Miss Annalise is doing an AWESOME job! Ms. Agatha is a no non-​sense office manager who gets things done. My little diva has danced with this studio for several years now and I am completely pleased with her level of discipline and growth. Keep it up MIA!;-)

I recently signed my daughter up for a dance class. I have to say though the place is nice and fun (especially seems like the hip hop classes are a hit), the manager Agatha is not qualified for customer service.
My daughter attended a class with a non-​MIA Dance uniform because it was cold outside and I did not think a bra top was appropriate (and no shoes) and I was told that she could not participate in class if she did not wear a uniform purchased there. I was asked if they could put a $ 64 uniform plus who knows how much for the shoes on my card so she could finish her last 30 minutes of class. I declined and asked to speak to the manager but was «disconnected».
When I called back, the manager just yelled and did not even bother to hear what I had to say. The manager then went out to the waiting area and began yelling at my mother (who had no idea what was going on). She assumed my mom was hispanic and tried to yell at her in Spanish in front of all the students and parents when my mom asked her to speak in English. The immaturity goes on and on but needless to say that we are not recommending this place!!! I’d like to mention that only my daughter was picked on when even the teacher was not wearing jazz shoes!

The Full team is awesome !! My daughter is dancing at the studio for almost 7years and she cannot imagine dancing anywhere else !!
The environment with the others dancers and teachers fells like family and the dance team studio level is one of the best in Florida !!
MIA Dance Factory is the best choice for your children !!!
