I decided to go out for lunch and decided to go for P.F. Chang’s. The salt and pepper calamari appetizer was good. I had the signature entrée, Chang’s Spicy Chicken. I’m a salty-food lover. I expected something else. The plate was lightly spicy and dipped in a far too sweet sauce. I suppose it wasn’t terrible but my taste buds weren’t impressed. I should have stayed with my usual, lettuce wraps and special fried rice: their best plates.

Still the slowest service even on a Friday afternoon. With most tables empty it took 15 minutes for the server to come take orders. The appetizers arrived before the drinks. Took another 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Food good service still sooooo slow

PF Chang’s is a decent chain Asian experience that is hardly worth this prices, but the taste is nice for the portions a dint he end a decent place and deal. It surely is a nice date night or family night stop as the dining area is well put together and a friendly and open atmosphere. This North Miami location has its own lot and even valet if you are s inclined, which we hardly ever are, but is a good option for those in need. No need to call ahead or make a reservation, as when we were there there was plenty of room to sit down and then some. The service is nice and the food is hearty. Yes, big portions or family style. Order appropriately folks. We had leftovers for days, which doesn’t bother me, but some might not see the value. I am aware there is a sister or daughter location in Pei Wei, but this review will stick to the parent in PF. I would likely go back with my family and just order a bunch or few plates and enjoy a variety. We did not try a drink, but the desert we had was fantastic. A friend had recommended the huge chocolate cake, and it delivered. Thanks for the suggestion, Lee.

Buen lugar para pedir varios platos e ir compartiéndolos. La atención es buena y el lugar es cómodo. Los platos son muy ricos.

Sometimes servers can interfere with your conversation and your good time. This was the experience a few weeks back at this particular location. Food is always consistent and delicious and I recommend to SHARE!!! Always share people! Why make the decision between the chicken or the egg when you can have BOTH?! I think that’s a different saying but I digress, this location is usually busier than when I visit the Brickell location so I expect a bit of a wait and am more than happy too. Service is quick and usually professional this time it was off putting but hey, you can only control so much I suppose. W

The restaurant is very attractive and the parking is good but: I have been eating at this restaurant for many years and I loved taking our staff there for lunch and to celebrate special occasions. Recently it has been so so but yesterday was the worst. The beef and broccoli consisted of about five pieces of very small tough meat and a very large portion of rice. The broccoli had the tiniest pieces I’ve ever seen. The lunch portions have been cut in half and the soup/salad eliminated. The pepper steak actually had to be sent back because it was so tough. The pan fried shrimp dumplings was the only good dish. Our waiter was very nice but it took much too long to receive our food which took a half hour and the restaurant was not at all busy. This slow service in not good for people working and on their lunch hour and ours is a hour and a half.

Though it will never be «True Chinese Cuisine» it’s still a Favorite for me! I love their Mongolian Beef, Orange chicken and low mein. Their Glazed Shrimp w/walnuts is what I consider a delicacy. A great place to eat, though not the healthiest. The Food is always fresh. Kind of in a ghetto area, despite that, many people from all over come and enjoy.

Wasn’t enjoyable we sat down and it took 15 minutes to greet our table. Then at appetizers they ran out of sake yet I saw to the left, a waitress was giving sake to another table. I wanted a simple meal for my entrée, Plain shrimp and Plain white rice. When the waitress came with our food she handed me my dish and it was just shrimp. We had to order a separate side of rice because the chefs couldn’t remember to cook the one side in my dish. The only thing We enjoyed that night was the movie we saw after at Ipic Theatres.

Only 10 Check-Ins? I have got to remember to check-in each and every time. Just came in to order take-out like I frequently do. Ordered my food knowing that I’ll have a few extra minutes to enjoy my favorite cocktail(Agave Margarita)… Noticed that they have many additions added to the menu which is a plus… I’ve ordered the Mongolian Beef, Bbq Spare Ribs and(something new) the Lobster & Shrimp Fried Rice… I know it will but nothing but excellent like I know Pf Chang to be!!!

This PF changs is located on 173 and US1 to the right going north. I come here often as I work in the area and when I want a quick lunch that is not a sandwich. I have ordered everything on the menu and you will not be disappointed. I do not believe this is authentic Asian food as anyone who has tasted authentic Asian food will attest, but PF Chang’s food does taste fresh and I love having a nice plate of hot food for lunch. As for the staff, they are beyond courteous. You are greeted immediately by the hosts, servers, and managers should they walk your way. I always order my TOGO orders online and am always assisted by anyone that works there. Once the barman got my order. This pretty cool guy who I think is from Minnesota or Boston I do not recall. We were talking about how cold Miami weather was.(He just shook his head at me.) lol anyways, the Parking lot is always full and parking is tricky during lunch and dinner. I love full parking lots that means the ingredients never sit too long in the fridge. If you want a quick bite of food, come here.

Love it here… Wish I didn’t always have to drive through mall traffic to get there. Ordered from the lunch menu. very very small portions for lunch. The staff is very friendly. I usually sit at the bar and go by myself and he bartender remembered exactly what I wanted. I think that is always bonus points. Valet parking is so convient and This place gets pretty crowded around happy hour.

Was there tonight and service was really bad. From getting our orders to bringing our orders, everything took a long time. Plates were deposited in the middle of the table, one of them dirty(with rice sticked to it) and when I asked the server to change it, the waiter handed me another plate and asked if that was one clean for me. Clearly a joke, but cleanliness is basic and an apology would be more appropriate than a joke. Besides service, food was just OK. We ordered the crispy honey chicken(good but small), the shaking beef(under seasoned in my opinion) and the Asian salmon(slightly undercooked). Between ok food and bad service… I am not impressed.

So on a whim, we were driving by looking for a place to go eat, and literally as we were approaching the turn in for PF Chang’s(which is also the same turn-in for Morton’s and Houston’s), the wifey says want to go to PF Chang’s? I had to make a split second decision and decided to go for it. Thinking it may be crowded, as it always is I was a little hesitant, but as we were parking(I found a spot right-away which is a good sign) I thought I would call to see if there was a wait. I called and was asked if I can be put on hold, and I didn’t want to be put on hold, so I said no, and I was put on hold anyway. I was like oh well, we going in and I hung up. As the 5 of us approached, I did see people waiting outside, so I was like baaah… but…to my pleasant surprise, when we got to the hostess stand, they said they could seat 5 of us right away. SCHWING! I haven’t been here in a while, so the menu seemed similar and different at the same time. Yes, I know I am all over the place so far, and haven’t really written much other than the thoughts going through my brain. If you made it this far, keep going. You have invested a lot in reading this. Ill get to the point. Service — Our waitress was awesome. Took our orders, checked on us, got everything correct, didn’t wait for water/drinks, brought extra utensils, etc. Food — Overall it was good. Quantity /Price ratio was on point. Quality, I have had better but it met my expectations. The butternut squash dumplings were Awesome. Price — Family of 5, some apps, drinks, etc. Price was in line for Aventura Atmosphere — nice restaurant, wasn’t too loud, definitely felt Hipsterish FINALCONCLUSION — It was nice to visit, family enjoyed it, but wouldn’t necessarily be my go-to place for ASIAN /Chinese cuisine. I think I would almost prefer their little cousin Pei Wei, but we had a good time and I would not be hesitant to go back if others wanted to go. +1 star for quick parking, quick seating and great service on this visit.

I love Pf Chang. Go there all the time. But today was one of the worst lunch visit I had. We were 2 guess only. The maitre D. Tried to seat us on a table for 8 when there was cosy table for 2 or 4 people. As we ordered the appetizer and drinks I also request a glass of water. 20 minutes later still no water. Had to ask again and no excuse for the delay from our server. He also never offer us any lunch special menu. For my main course I ordered the salmon $ 19.95, not cheap for what I got. I would be happy to pay that but that salmon what tasting so fishy, Sorry not fresh, the brown rice was sooo dry, sorry very bad experience. To make it worse they were over charging our bill by $ 19.+, until we toll them. Overall baddddd from start to end. Not as I expect from PF. Chang.

Well this restaurant doesn’t change. There’s always a line to wait for the table, not because the restaurant is full its because they do not have good staff The food quality changed but some dishes still good, the service is really bad always is bad but today’s was worse. Guillermo is a terrible waiter and the managers just stand around doing nothing. We had finished our dinner and waited 30 minutes for someone to pick up the plates. The tables are so close together the waiter even hit my wife with his arm. I won’t be back. All the tables around us were frustrated and even sent back several plates. Very unprofessional people who work there.

NPS = 0 The service at this PF Chang’s and the overall experience customers enjoy has EXTREMELY changed… And it is a change that really infuriates me, particularly because it deals with health and possible poisoning. We came here for lunch on a Sunday and the disaster that was our lunch started with parking being full and valet not being available. We had to park across at another restaurant’s parking lot to walk over to PF Chang’s. When we got to PF Chang’s, we asked the hostess where valet was and no one in the restaurant had any idea. Nor did they care. Okay. Not a big deal. We continued on to our table for our lunch. It took 15 minutes for a waitress to even see us and another 10 minutes to get our waters. Whatever. I decided to try and make the best of it. We ordered a wonton soup bowl, the pork ribs, and asked if they still had Mongolian Chicken instead of Mongolian beef. The waitress said, «yes, we still have mongolian chicken.» We SPECIFICALLYMENTIONED3 times to our waitress to have the shrimp on the side of the wonton soup as well because of my girlfriend’s severe allergy to shrimp. This is where the meal just started to take a nose dive. When the bowl came, we asked AGAIN if it had shrimp. The server said«yea, no shrimp» with a tone that seemed like he did not know if it did or it did not, but just said it did not to drop off the soup and not be bothered. We took the top of the bowl of soup off and my girlfriend was going to serve herself a little bit of the broth, but luckily she decided to stir the soup to DEFINITELY make sure there was no shrimp in the soup. Sure enough… there was shrimp in the soup. The server that brought the soup realized his ignorance, came back running and said«there is shrimp in the soup» and took the bowl away. His laziness to FIRST check if there was shrimp or not almost caused my girlfriend to eat something that she has a severe allergy towards. The waitress came back and apologized. I asked them to make sure they were making a completely new soup and not just removing the shrimp. The waitress again, appearing to be clueless, hesitated and ran back to the kitchen to make sure they were making a fresh batch and not just removing the shrimp. THISIS A PROBLEMGUESTSSHOULDNOTHAVETODEALWITH. GUESTSSHOULDNOTHAVETOWORRYIFTHEYAREGOINGTORECEIVESOMETHINGTHATISTOXICTOTHEMORNOT. And guests should particularly not have to worry if they are removing allergy causing items from a food or creating a whole new batch! It gets worse. After receiving our soup and ribs, we finally tried to relax to have a better meal. Then our Mongolian Chicken came. But the order was wrong. They brought us Mongolian Beef instead. The waitress apologized again and took the Mongolian beef back. We proceeded to wait another 20 minutes with no signs of the Mongolian Chicken and I decided to ask for the bill, pay, and just leave. There was not even an offer for a reduced price even with our horrible experience. I will not be returning to this PF Chang’s or any other PF Chang’s establishment.

Most of the menu is pretty pedestrian, but the shrimp/melon thing I had today for lunch is freaking Yums. I don’t know where the idea to combine shrimp with mayo came from(bonefish and yakko San are 2 other nearby places with a variation), but my stomach says«thanks»(while my heart says«gasp»).
