the worse jeep dealer in South Florida area the sales manager so Shady unrespectful pushy he want me to purchase the car same day and I told him am going to think about it and I came the next day to purchase the car and he changed the price 3k more then the asking price that we deal before the day I so the vehicle. I don’t recommend this dealer at all.

I purchased my 2^nd jeep from this dealership about 2 years ago. The service department at this location is the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It started with an oil change that took 4 hours. I waited there for it to finish because I was told it would be an hour wait at the most. Once the appointment was finished my car was returned with the tint on the drivers door window scratched. Since then almost every experience with them has continued to disappoint.
I have had a reoccurring issue with my check engine light that I understand stems from the car itself not the service department, but the way they have handled the issue each time is awful. They have kept my car for weeks at a time without even beginning any work, returned the car to me with the engine light still coming on, AND most recently I have been charged $ 600 by enterprise for a rental car that was supposed to be taken care of by them. Since enterprise never received payment for the rental they then charged me. When I tried to call to resolve the issue it was impossible to reach anyone and once I did I was told I should take it up with Chrysler rather than them taking care of their mistake. The overall experience with this place in the last 2 years has changed my view of Jeep/​Chrysler completely. I will never buy another.

Service department is okay. They should have loaners especially for customers who are bringing in new cars

Poor service. I will not return, I will drive to Coral Springs before I go back to them for service. They had my car for 6 days and when I left the check engine light came back on. No stars please do not go to them!

Worst service ever!!!
Check engine light came on after they changed my oil. Made appointment to bring car back 730 am. They had my car all day and never even looked at it. Left me on hold for 30 minutes when I called mid day to inquire about my car. Finally reach service advisor at 430 pm and he says they haven’t looked at it yet. I picked up keep and will be taking it to another jeep dealer for service. These people need to go to Braman motors and take customer service classes.

People where nice at the Auto repair center .My jeep has 23, 000 miles on it and the sensor keep going on it I have to say the tow truck came fast and they always fix the problem ! Ok lets see how She Is !

Whenever I buy a new car, within the next several weeks, I write a review of the dealership.
This is one of those «started out great, but getting worse by the hour» reviews.
They get four to five stars for the initial sales experience; they get 1 star (and falling fast) for their inability to process basic paperwork. And paperwork, dear reader, is ¾ of the hassle of buying a new car. If it isn’t done properly and in a timely way, your life as a new car owner becomes a swirling stew of hellishness, filled with endless calls, looming deadlines, and nail-​biting.
I was excited to purchase a new Chrysler 300 from this dealership after moving to Florida. Finally I had enough of a commute to justify something other than a small four-​cylinder car! And they had exactly the model, options and colors I wanted.
So I schlepped down, negotiated a good price, and they gave me a loaner car overnight to prep me for delivery the next day.
Awesome! I drove off feeling like a king.
How was I to know the back office is BAD?!?
Let’s start with license plates. I was issued a temporary Florida paper tag, with instructions to pick up my new permanent plates «within two weeks.» It’s now well over two weeks after the sale, and I still don’t have new plates. I’ve had to call repeatedly and each time, my plates aren’t there.
I was told to «come in on Monday (the day my temp plate expires) and we’ll make a new one for you.» But I have much better things to do than go in and get a renewal temporary tag while the dealership takes its good old time to decide to send in the paperwork. The Florida state government’s web site says «if you have to renew your temporary tag, that’s the time to start asking the dealer some tough questions,» and I intend to.
Worse still, I used the dealer to pay off the loan on my old car. Not the best idea, I know — I could have done it myself — but convenient! Or so I thought.
The first sign of trouble was when I received a letter from the financing bank stating that the loan was good and all approved, but that the paperwork the dealership had completed had errors — specifically, not designating the old bank to be paid off with the trade. Fortunately, Ally Financial (who I have financed with at promotional rates three times now) has top-​notch service and noted in the letter that everything was set… just to keep the letter with the associated bill of sale paperwork. OK, no worries, right?
Wrong. It’s now almost a month after the loan was closed and my old loan still hadn’t been paid!
Understandably alarmed, I called the dealership and asked for the finance manager. Got a voicemail box and left a message. No reply. Called again and left another message. Still no reply.
Called my sales guy and he promised he’d get back to me within the hour with info. He never did.
Finally, I got someone in the finance office other than the guy who did my paperwork. She first suggested that the account balance for my old bank doesn’t update immediately when a check is received — something the bank assured me wasn’t correct, after stating they didn’t receive the payment.
She DID call me back within half an hour to tell me that the payoff check had been mailed to the wrong address and returned a few days ago. She told me they’d re-​sent it to the right address, and that it would be paid off «on Thursday at the latest.»
Great Scott! So worse than forgetting to send the check — they’d actually sent it to the wrong address, received it back weeks later, resent it (hopefully to the right address this time) and NEVER thought to warn me or call me to say «yeah, this happened and you’ll probably need to make another payment on the loan or at least keep an eye on it.»
Thank the gods for Mint, which helped me keep an eye on it.
As I write this review, it’s Thursday. My old loan still isn’t paid, and I had to make a payment to stay timely on it. 18 days after the loan was financed and almost a month after driving off in the new car with the «easy payoff program» (as advertised all over the dealership).
That’s three strikes in my book:
1) License plate paperwork not sent out in a timely way, leading to massive inconvenience and stress;
2) Poor communication after the sales process for plates and essential financial details;
3) Sleepless nights waiting for the old loan to get paid off in a timely way.
If you need timely and proactive back-​office functions for registering and titling your car, paying off your trade, and calling you to warn you if a mistake happened (rather than you having to discover it all by yourself), you’ll probably want to buy somewhere else.

Wow, never have I felt so cheated in my life, especially from my own Jeep dealership. I went in yesterday with a buyback offer I was sent in the mail for my 2012 loaded jeep Sahara telling me they would give me 120% of my black book value with the offer being $ 35,700 which is what I paid for her the year before. I owed $ 22 grand so I thought I’d take the difference and put it down on a new 2015 jeep. The staff made everything seem so perfect and they were so nice, but wouldn’t show me the actual numbers until I signed everything. I spent from 1pm until 4:30 pm when they finally put me in to sign the last documents with the numbers. They told me the value of my car was 22 grand which is what I owed and they were paying that off this leaving me with a $ 44,000 bill on a new car. I was very upset because they totally lied and did not honor the offer they sent me. The month prior, the Kendall jeep offered me $ 29 grand and that’s why I knew the appraisal was accurate on the buyback offer of $ 29,800. I walked out not very happy at all and then they called and text me two minutes later telling me they would give me $ 29 grand for my car. I am a 39 year old man and I’ve bought several vehicles in my day. I was just very upset they wasted my whole Saturday afternoon and tried to scam me thinking I had stupid written all over my face. I will never go to that dealership again.

Extremely slow service. Outdated facilities. This place needs to improve its customer service soon!

Very pleased with Cesar (our sales associate) and Oscar (sales manager). They were very accommodating and did everything in their power to make sure we were happy. Cesar hustled and got things done so we weren’t sitting around all day waiting. I can honestly say it’s been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

The service center is absolutely awful. The associates are rude and try to screw you over, like trying to make you pay for service on items that are covered under warranty or recall. Don’t waste your time with them, cause are not professional or trustworthy.

My review is on the parts department. I ordered a few things for a Jeep I’m working on and received great service. The parts I needed were special ordered and not only did they arrive on time they were ready to be picked up just as promised. Huge thanks to George!

These guys are so sooooooo bad! From the manager who knows not how to manage a business, the receptionist who has trouble with the phone to the sales ASSociates who use cheesy sales tactics and talk down to you. Can’t decide though if this place is worse or dadeland. Spitzers in homestead actually was the best.

This review is for the sales department (I haven’t dealt with the service department yet. Though I did previously deal with the Honda service department next door, which is also part of the Auto Gallery).
When it came to purchasing a new car I had very limited options available to me for what I wanted. My primary need was a SUV that had 4-​wheel drive. The Aventura Auto Gallery was one of the few dealerships in South Florida with a somewhat large (I use the term loosely) inventory of 4-​wheel drive vehicles. Even when looking at Jeeps in South Florida there is a limited selection of models available with 4-​wheel drive.
I contacted the dealership after finding a car online I was interested in. The first time I went into the dealership, I just wanted to test drive a Jeep. I was accommodated by the salesperson (Jason) I spoke to previously about the car. I was able to come in and test drive the model I was interested in and there was very little pressure that day.
A few days after test driving I decided I wanted to purchase the model I test drove and once again contacted the salesperson I had previously dealt with. I was able to make an appointment for a day I was free during the week and come in. The process was relatively painless for purchasing the car, though there was very little room for bringing the price down on the vehicle I wanted. I knew going into the appointment there probably would be little to no room to negotiate the price lower because this was a model that had low inventory at this dealership. Plus I had been watching inventory levels online, and for the most part the inventory had really sold in the recent weeks before purchasing my Jeep.
This definitely was not the type car buying experience I was used to. There was very little pressure the salesperson to buy the car. Also the finance person I talked to did not push any of the extra add-​ons for maintenance either. The only experience that was typical was the trade-​in for my old vehicle, which did require a bit of negotiating to get the price up.
Overall, my experience was pretty positive and this is a dealership I would not avoid, if I ever wanted to purchase another car in the future.

Bad service all around. Brought my overland in. Had to bring it back the same day. Problem still existed. Called my service guy, left message. Never heard from him. telling everyone that was in that the problem could be minor or major. Never will go back. Hollywood Chrysler jeep here I come! Had to back again because they did not install the headliner correctly which affected the seatbelt from going back and forth. I am back again just to get it fixed correctly. Still won’t recommend them

First time car buyer with Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Buying was easy salesman very helpful. The nightmare is the service department. Poorly run not friendly at all. Having an oil change was like pulling teeth. Claim system down not able to see warranty. Had my car one year in March 2014. Asked if I wanted to pay for oil change and they owe me one. A simple oil change. Very disappointed in this team. Stay clear of Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. After purchase service goes down hill.

This will mark 5 months I’ve had the car and my situation with the check engine light is continuing. Pretty disappointed in jeep.

I would give them cero star. If the deal was to give you the money to buy out your lease from another dealer so that you take the car that they are trying to sell/​lease, don’t leave the dealership without that check otherwise you are doom. It has been three months and two car payments, one for the Patriot and the other for the Toyota that this dealer agreed to pay the rest of the lease. This has cause me financial burden and stress. I would not take the deal if it wasn’t that they agreed to buyout the rest of the Toyota lease, otherwise I would have waited until my lease was due. I’ve talk to Sebastian, Oscar and cannot get a hold of Mitch. Don’t take the bait, go somewhere else, it will save you a lot of dissapointment and money.

This update is basically for the service (or lack of service) department. Went in to get a replacement key, they wanted 200 for a blank, and 60 for programming. When explaining this to me, the person behind the counter, who wasn’t there when I got there (and I had to wait) was very short (and vertically challenged too). I guess its not his fault about price, but he could use an attitude adjustment.
