The customer service here could be better. They require a photo id fir exchanges, but when i bought the item they didn’t ask for anything else other than the payment. I guess the old saying still holds true. You get what you pay for.

This is a pretty good TJ Maxx ! They don’t have that many designer options like the one in South Beach. I went early on a Sunday and the place was very organized. I definitely would come back to this store again.

Good location. If there are things that are not sealed in the beauty section, they are usually stolen or have been used which is unfortunate. I can’t fault the store on that, people just ruin it.
I am being generous for 3 stars.
When I was Christmas shopping, I bought my mother in law a Michael Kors bag. This was such a big deal because 1. We aren’t able to see her this year and 2. She is such a selfless and will not do lavish things for herself. The girl who rang me up was talking to her co-​worker about how everyone had a Michael Kors bag and it is a fad that will go away. I worked in retail for years. I would never draw my attention to anyone else other than the customer.
She apologized in laughter, and I really didn’t care to make a big deal about it, because I do like to go to this location, so better not make a scene, but, being that I studied fashion and worked in high end retail *with clients I dressed*, I let her know that Michael Kors makes serious money so there is something he is doing right and he has been around way before Michael Kors bags became a thing… so being a fad will most likely not be happening.
This girl needs to be aware of her surroundings. She could piss off the wrong person one day.
That incident is the only reason for the 2 star deduction.

Great prices employees are nice it’s just the long lines that suck! If you have time then you are good if you are short on time don’t even try going other then that you find everything at great deals

Really enjoy shopping here for my children especially my little princesses people always compliment on their wardrobe. It’s not as fun for my son because they’re always out of his size but when it’s in stock it’s on, mostly polo’s though. I really like that they have layaway too for a $ 100 it’s only a $ 10 deposit 10% is not bad in my book. Very organized store as well. I never buy anything other than the children’s clothes but after browsing around a few weeks ago to kill some time I’ll be adding a lot more to my tab on my next shopping spree hehe
