Wireless Toyz

This is a franchise location for Wireless Toyz, not the official, corporate store (which is located on 135^th).
Not much to say other than horrid service and experience:
I had a cracked iPhone and was recommended this store for replacement screen services. The technician did a lousy job and my screen came off within a week. I should’ve just replaced a new phone with my insurance, but I wanted to support ‘local’ and got a careless job done for roughly $ 120.
Will not return for business and would not recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! First of they are the rudest individuals ever, absolutely no customer service at all. The owner TJ is extremely disrespectful. He said that «it’s his business and he can do whatever he wants», also when I said that I didn’t know about his return policy, very rudely he said «Now you Know». The entire time I was there he was nasty in front of other customers, as displaying his power to intimidate the other customers to not go against his rules. So don’t go here at all, they will treat you like crap, and all their services are useless and overpriced. Never had this type of customer service experience before. They make the DMV look like the nicest place to go. SO DON’T GO HERE.

I will say this place is very unprofessional. I came in two days in a row to have my phone unlocked and had problems both days. The first day the lady tried to tell me I need to jailbreak my phone to unlock it which was going to cost extra ummm I think not. Then she asked her manager and he told her it didn’t. After that I waited forever for them to tell me they didn’t have the software.
I called the next day to make sure someone was there to help me out again and they said yes just come in. I get there and it was another lady there telling me she didn’t know what to do with the phones.
I was very disappointed because you would think in a mobile phone store the staff would know what their doing. I will not be going back to this store ever again.
