I have to be honest… And the laser hair removal here does NOT work. I’m thankful I didn’t pay full price because I purchased through a groupon. So I paid less than $ 90 for six treatments… I understand that you may take time to see results but after six treatments I did not see ANY improvements at all! I was so discouraged and I though laser hair removal was not for me! But I found an actual LASER HAIR removal company who delivered amazing results. They did for me what Dr. Lopez could not do! They explained to me that Dr. Lopez’s machine is outdated which will take triple the treatments that other places can do. She also explained that her technique of simply sweeping the laser over the area is not effective in tanned skin tones.
Let’s remember that Dr. Lopez is a dentist first. I’m not sure she should be branching out in to skincare as it takes time, passion and dedication.
Do yourself a favor and pass on laser hair removal at Dr. Lopez… It’s not worth it!

Dr. Lopez, it would have been more honest to clients to tell them what you wrote in the first meeting and not closer to the end of the 6^th session. Also your ad stated: «permanent hair removal!» Hopefully BBB will eventually check into this case with all the misguided advertising, dishonesty, and basically fraud! Also, the lack of receipt when paying in cash.
With comparing your results after six treatments and a REAL laser removal place with Newer equipment, the results are amazing and they don’t give all the excuses you listed. Stop charging people and be honest with them!

I had a horrible experience with Aida Lopez. She charged my insurance for 5 posts, while only installing two. I am pretty sure it constitutes as an Insurance Fraud. If anyone needs a proof of that please contact me at 954−873−1889. Also the crowns she made for me were overjetting making my lip look like I had a face lift. She did not adjust the bite propperly and her crowns made me lisp and spit at my customers. Lopez claimed it was because of my accent. I had to remove ALL of the crowns she installed and guess what… my new crowns don’t make me lisp or spit, fraud! She pocketed 8K and didn’t reimburse me. Yana.

Long waiting times even with appointment
