Enterprise Rent-A-Car

great service, outstanding staff always make me feel special, and shout out to anthony and has staffs on always making a different by helping get my rental on time.

Enterprise is the only company I have used for car rental for the past 10 years. I have had very few issues surrounding my rental experiences at enterprise. This last experience was one of the best I have had ever, the staff were pleasant, I was able to obtain a large van for purposes of moving my child back into college no questions asked when I expressed concern that the SUV they had reserved for me was not large enough. They took the time to fold the seats in, to show me where all the buttons were and to demonstrate the use of all the lighting. This particular enterprise in North Miami Beach Florida appear to be a very cohesive team working together for excellent customer service and for meeting the needs of their returning customers.

Few people at the desks, so picking up and dropping off is a slow process. The car I rented was not very clean. Staff was nice.

Just to give an update, I did get contacted by the corporate office, they were happy the issues that were brought to their attention so let’s see if they do something about it. Until next time !

There are two people here. One of whom had to drive customers home. The other guy whose now here alone has to check the cars, drive them to the back to be cleaned, while customers sit and wait. Whoever is managing this place is doing an awful job of keeping the location properly staffed.

Nice place. nice people… not as annoying as most enterprise places I been to with 500 rules … only down side about the place is that unlike most of the good Enterprise locations that participant in 9.99 weekend promotions this location does not. Sucks! but other then that. I had several great experiences there.

Always save your receipts. Leasor Beware!
Oct 22-​Oct 23 2013 I leased a car from the Enterprise 15 401 W.Dixie. NMB.
I brought my car into the body shop for minor repairs.
The total rent a car bill was $ 67.47
Approx 6 weeks later I opened my Email and saw an alert from my credit card co.
Enterprise charged me $ 1,012. 46. I was shocked. Talk about a rude awakening.
I called the Enterprise I use and the Assistant Mgr was not very helpful and in this computer age asked if I had a receipt. He also told me ifIi dispute the charges with my credit card, he would not help me at all. They could have looked up the history for the chevy spark to verify.
I found the receipt on my desk and the mgr (who shall remain unanymous) told me to bring the receipt into his office. I was shocked.
Enterprise leasing is online, how many customers that lease cars live in Miami and can bring in a receipt.
I scanned the receipt to the local Enterprise and 4 hours later the assist mgr called and told me Enterprise was crediting my acct for over $ 940.00. No apologies or explanation.
Just to let my fellow « Unilocalers» know, Always Save Receipts even with a nation wide company as Enterprise Rent A Car.

This place is the worst place to rent a car. Called at 445. Got there at 530. Said they had a sedan. I was in an accident and could only drive a sedan. Disrespectful Spanish lady started talking about wonder who u spoke to and all this other bullshit. Then tried coming out to the lot after I walked out to offer me some other shit. Like does this dumb lady not get I just totaled my 2 door car and NO I’m not going to drive a damn Chevy suburban. Never going to go here again. Don’t know why geico would have a partnership with these idiots
