Very disapointed! I bought a groupon offer and have been trying to contact Epidermis to schedule an appointment for many months and left countless voice messages to please call me back. No one ever returned my call. Finally my groupon expired a few weeks ago and I am still trying to call them but never get a hold of anyone! When I complained to groupon, they told me I waited too long and should have complained before the groupon expired; therefore, they wouldn’t refund me either. I am not happy at all.

I got a GroupOn for Epidermis for a facial and microderm abrasion, and I was so impressed with the service that I got, that I’ve been going back ever since. Yasmin has been practicing as an esthetician for I think she said over a decade, and she really knows what she’s doing. I feel that it is quite likely the most thorough facial I’ve gotten, and definitely the best bank for your buck. For an hour and a half of treatment I get cleansing, extractions, mircroderm abrasion, and moisturizing mask for what ends up being less than $ 100 with my three-​pack pass. And my skin feels and looks so refreshed. Definitely gets my seal of approval

I have visited many top spas in South Florida area and I feel this rates high on overall service and quality. I enjoyed my experience at this spa — the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease with the treatments i received. I feel the rooms were a bit small but they still have a very relaxing atmosphere. I would recommended this spa to my family and friends.
