Fast Frame in North Miami is pretty amazing! The customer service is by far the best!
I brought a beautiful old sketch in to be framed and Glenn and I picked the frame. Glenn suggested we «float» the sketch so that the edges of the paper would show. It came out beautifully.
I then recommended that my daughter bring in a very large piece that her and her husband just purchased at a gallery in Australia during their honeymoon. The gallery gave them very specific instructions on how to have it framed and she passed that along to Fast Frame. Unfortunately during this process there was a tiny damage to the photograph. Fast Frame immediately got on the phone to the gallery IN AUSTRAILIA — found another piece — had it shipped EXPEDITED — and then they reframed the new print in a matter of a day or two. AND gave her a $ 50 coupon. I know of no other place that would stand by their work and go to the trouble to rectify the problem and satisfy their customer!

I have since brought in two more items for framing and plan on bringing in more!

Fast frame always provides great, friendly service. The quality is always superb and within a reasonable time frame. I have tried other shops that charge less but have the experience of a smokey room or long waits for simple requests. Fast frame is great if you want something done right and your art respected. If you need to do something simple another place might save you some dollars. If you want your piece to stand out, then go here.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experience, and I’ve had bad service. Going in I was excited to finally get my pieces framed after putting it off for so long, looks like I’ll be waiting longer. As soon as I walked in it appeared like they had no idea what was going on. I asked for them to price it all for me first, and they became even more of a mess. As they continued to try and up sell me on glass, and board, and everything you could possibly think of, which they were horrible at because they didn’t know how to reply when I would ask why I needed that. They told me that to frame two posters would be $ 100 each, while I looked it up online and could find a frame the exact same frame for only $ 8. Granted I know it won’t be the same because I’ll have to put it in the frame myself (must be where the extra $ 92 expense comes in). So then they price my other piece, the one I really wanted to get done, I asked if I pay now or when I pick up, reasonable question, right? They told me I could pay half now, and half when I pick up. I asked, completely out of curiosity because I’m not one to pay for something I do not enjoy, if I am not satisfied with my end result, would my money be returned. That’s when he looked at me and said «what?» As if I had three heads. So I asked again. He then said «I anticipate there will be a problem, so maybe it’s better if you go somewhere else where they can guarantee you.» I’ve never been replied to like that, especially when I know that I was being reasonable. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of those snotty people who goes into a place and treats the employees like they’re worthless. I work in the hospitality industry and I know how it feels and I would never put someone else through that. The whole time I was in there I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, trying to up sell, and then finally to be told that they couldn’t guarantee me that I would be satisfied was the end. Who isn’t confident enough in their work that they can’t guarantee the customer would be happy? Over all, I would think it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I wouldn’t deco men going here unless you can afford for someone to charge you for things that aren’t even needed.

I have been looking for a great framing store in Miami! Well I found it. The work was superb, and I’m never going anywhere else. Glenn just made the experience so amazing. He has a great artistic eye, which helped the process so much. Price was worth every penny for the work. Highly Highly recommend.
