Give Wink

Cosi and beautiful baby store… I have never seen a store like this one… Service was incredible and they have a little corner for house gift of unique designers… Hope to find more stores like this one in Florida.

Impeccable customer service and a gorgeous and welcoming store. In a land such as Miami where customer service is practically nonexistent, this place impressed me so much with their customer service and beautiful selection that I felt compelled to write a review. I receive a gift from someone when my son was born and the baby’s name was misspelled on the back of the backpack which was the gift. I brought it in to the store after speaking on the phone with a lovely lady who directed me to bring it in to see what they can do. I did and was so impressed by their willingness to help me. A gentleman there took my item and promised to do their best. And they did just that. They took the item, fixed it, and it was ready the next day, practically flawless. I’m so impressed and pleased with their customer service; so happy with the way I was treated and the way the final product came out. The entire experience was amazing and I absolutely fell in love with their store. I’ll be sure to fulfill all my future baby gift needs at this place. Thank you so much!!!

The worst service ever. I stood in line to pay for my items and watch the sales person wrap a gift card for 15 minutes, then ignored me and walked to the back. I left the goods on the counter, and walked out. To wait 20 minutes in line and they only rang up a gift card, pretty sad. Also, the prices were expensive compared to Genius Jones and other children’s boutiques in the area. How they have five stars is beyond me, not a single person even asked me if I needed help, during the 10 minutes of shopping before the sales counter fiasco.

This store is beautiful! So many baby items to choose from. They have plenty of unique items that you can’t find elsewhere. They baby accessories are higher end mainly because of the quality. There were some adorable handmade headbands there as well. I was greeted upon arrival and had assistance throughout my whole time. Very helpful staff! Fun store!!!

Love having such a fabulous kid and baby boutique so close to home. One stop shop for everything baby and toddler. Staff is amazing and super knowledgable.

We had set up our registry at Give Wink and it was the worst experience ever!
Me and my husband also spent around 5k on large ticket items and the customer service was the worst I have experienced. They have no tracking on the items and there was no communication from the owner we got so tired we contacted the manufacture directly to find out statues on orders because we would get no response.
The owner was really nice in the beginning and then would not help at all once the orders had been placed. This was the worst experience ever especially at a time when you don’t need the additional stress.

Give wink has all kinds of gifts and cool
Contemporary baby furniture. They also do beautiful embroideries on kiddie lunch boxes, towels, baby clothes. Oh and they make really cute invitations and personalized family labels etc… They have EVERYTHING and are super nice :-)

what a great selection of baby and kids gifts, clothes, toys and furniture, I even called their number in a crunch for a last minute gift after hours and they came and opened the store just for me! wow! that is service! and ow cool is it that a percent of every purchase goes to charity to provide glasses to needy children, way to go Give Wink;)
