I bought a $ 700 espresso machine from

The first machine I received did not heat the water properly and the second machine was leaking. I asked to just return the machine for a refund having lost faith in the manufacture (ascaso).
They convinced me that I should try another machine, I agreed after their reassurance that the would return it if it does not work.
The third machine did not work at all — zerro, nothing, nada — they refuse to take back the machine saying that they already returned two machines …
They are not returning my emails (

) or calls anymore and I am stuck with a $ 700 machine that does not work from a company in Spain without customer service.
I wounder if
is selling refurbished or second-​class products. How can three machines not work?
