This is really the worst phone store in the county. The waits are interminable. An hour at any given time. They are ripoff artists. Twice I have been screwed by these pigs.
I live a few blocks from the store and get only one bar on the phone. I was sent boosters. Tmobile tech said they were making all the signals worse and sent me a return label. The return label said I could bring the boosters to a Tmobile location and they would send it back, the manager there said you have to wait an hour to find out if we do that, but I think that we will not do it. Really?
So returning this equipment has become this big deal, this store sucks.
I also found out that a phone we bought was used, from an online rep. The dirtbag at the store never told us this. Then I want to unlock this and they cannot because they are dirtbag scumbags.
This is the worst store, Tmobile is the worst in every area.
