Walgreens

This Walgreens is in a convenient location at the corner of 123^rd and Biscayne in a strip mall that also has Panera, Burger King and a dollar store.
We went to get an original photo scanned and printed for copies and their computer was fast and easy to use. It only costed 78 cents for 2 copies of the photo. We ended up getting a some k cups.
Basically you have to have a Walgreens membership card to get any discounts. The coffee we were going to buy was on sale for 6 dollars but without it, it would have been 9 dollars. While I have a CVS card I don’t have a Walgreens card. I just asked the person behind me to use theirs so I could get the discount. I wish they had an «override» for that. Let’s say I didn’t want to get a card why would I want to pay full non sale price?

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I don’t have a car, so it’s hard for me to get transportation to pick up prescriptions. I’ve gone 3 times in the past week to try and get my medication. Each time I went, I had notifications saying my prescription was ready for pick up. I even specifically called my doctor and they would send notes to Walgreens saying that I needed to pick up my medication on certain days. However, Walgreens always told me they didn’t have it. I’m completely fed up with the people working at that pharmacy because I now do not have the medications that I need thanks to this terrible Walgreens.

Customer service is kind of sketchy but not the worst. The store is clean and well organized. I found what I needed and was in and out pretty quickly. If you need something but don’t want to spend the time searching for it in a big store like Target, this is a good place to get what you need.

Worst Walgreens ever. Barely any customer service. The manager himself had to help me find what I was looking for. Which was under lock and key. It was body wash!!! I had to wait for 5 min for someone to come and open the lock. Two huge lines that took forever. And the clerk ringing me up had to get someone else to ring up my bottle of wine because he was a minor. The place is awful.

If the pharmacy techs are ignorant, that I could take you know, but the pharmacy manager? Poor people that go that pharmacy.

Today was the 2^nd time in something like 6 months that we use the clinic here.
The nurse was great and got right down to the diagnosis. Our daughter has strep.
She prescribed antibiotics and we picked them up in the same place. They also took her insurance and the total time was about 1 hour from walk in to walk out.

Wasn’t sure whether the neighborhood was sketchy at 3am but felt reassured when I saw a guard immediately at the front door. An employee was also able to tell me the exact section and aisle where I can find my item that I was looking for.

Worst customer service ever. Came in to pick up a prescription that they called me to tell me was ready and there was no record of it. They told me to call the «call center» while I was standing right in front of the pharmacist. I drove for one hour to pick up this prescription.

I like Walgreens but I really dislike lines. Located right off Biscayne and next to Burger King it is indeed a 24h location. After 8pm the lines grow pretty long so I try to avoid it.
They do have a huge selection of drinks and a well stocked candy section. The neighborhood is on the come up but I would still recommend locking your car and watching your surroundings. Homeless alert!
Other than that this is a pretty awesome store with lots of products.
Oh I almost forgot to say they have a pharmacy.

Today may 8^th at 11:00 pm wales in and wa followed by security the entire time and felt uncomfortable went in a second time and was stair red down by the employees

Horrible customer service! The doctor prescribed me the BRAND name but they insist in selling the generic! And make it difficult for you to get the freaking prescription! I hate this ***** place! As soon as I get my fucking prescription I’m transferring my meds to somewhere else!

Overall very clean and organize compare to others. I use this place quite often and the employees are usually friendly. It has a Walgreens Liquor next door which is very convenience.

One of the biggest, cleanest, and most well-​stocked Walgreens around. They have everything, including a liquor store and a walk-​in clinic with doctor available to write scripts.

This is probably my favorite walgreens.
I have neverhad a problem with this walgreens, it has everything I need, when I need it, great pharmacy, and its recent remodelation has made it so much better!!!
I have been to many walgreens, and this one by far is the best.
Sometimes you have trouble finding parking and end up parking a little far, but it’s not that bad.
This walgreens is huge.

This is the best walgreens in Miami. They are super busy though. The staff is great and very helpful! Yes be prepared to wait for Rx but only because its an extremely busy store. i love this walgreens and the friendly staff! =]

Pharmacy is horrible, store is patronized by some shady characters. Poorly lit, dirty. Prepare to wait 2+ hours for a pretty typical prescription, only to have it rejected because they typed something in wrong, forcing you to wait another 30 minutes while they resolve it.
