I have historically rented from my neighbor but decided to give A-​jax a try. I give them a solid 4.5 on customer service but I have to give them lower on actual carts. We are on our third cart at the moment. First one (battery powered) was sick and very slow. Then we received a gas powered one and it ran well for the first few hours then it would start (bad battery). Then the next one ran too slow and the came out next morning to adjust governor but still ran just as slow. As I said they were very prompt but the issue is that they had to keep coming out. I will try someone else next time to see how it goes.
