Very plain and tasteless burger, would NOT eat there again. Fries were average and the fountain soda was flat. To add insult, they are expensive! Save your money and eat somewhere else!

Really a bad burger. Seriously, whoever owns or runs this spot needs some serious counseling on how to operate a burger stand. Taste like a burger you would get in a high school cafeteria on a bad day.

We did not eat the burgers. Wanting a quick airport«snack,» we ordered«Half & Half fries», a huge portion of regular fries and sweet potato fries($ 3.50). Surprisingly, they pack this gargantuan order into a large styrofoam box, which is enough for 2 persons. If you’re looking for a quick inexpensive(for the Airport) snack that doesn’t suck at Terminal A, I’d recommend these yummy fries. Avoid the hamburgers — see the other reviews!

The service was extremely slow. There were two ladies working behind the counter with no one in front of me and it still took 2 minutes for some to walk over to the register and acknowledge me. Lack of competition is definitely prevalent. I ordered a burger and some sweet potato fries. The food was your basic fast food but with a price of $ 9.71. I suggest eating before you get to the airport.

Why even bother… this was one of the worst meals of my life. Not restricted to airport food experiences. The burger patty was precooked and warmed on the flat top. At 10:30?! I feel really bad for the real lunch crowd that’s getting the morning meat patty at noon. Grey gross sad hockey puck meat. Even the bacon was cooked the night before and barely warmed up for serving. Their idea of American cheese is some form of craft singles. The gal taking my order was also the chef. Apparently cooks are not needed at this establishment. I wish I read some of the previous reviews before ordering. Would have saved me $ 12. Good food is not rocket science people. Please do better.

If you like disappointment, then by all means, this is for you. Perhaps you like rude sense of entitlement service, as if you’re there for them and you enjoy WAY below standard treatment… again, Jackpot! Food was bland, and very expensive for what you receive. So let’s recap, bad service, bad food, and expensive… that should cover it. Good news though, there’s other options co-located…i just made a poor choice.

The burger was«ok» but the lady helping me smashed the burger down with a lid after I asked for a bag to keep my order together… really did not help. This place is very expensive for what you get and how it is packaged.

Terrible isn’t the right word, but it’s the first that comes to mind. I got the Trueburger with regular fries. For a $ 12 burger, I expected much, much more. The pre-formed, cookie-cutter patties were of mediocre quality at best. There were grilled onions, but I couldn’t taste them at all. The bacon wasn’t soft/soggy, but it wasn’t crispy. More like it was extremely overcooked in it’s own grease and then strained. It was very tough to chew through. The cheese was of lower quality as well. The fries were a 3 out of 5 as they were pretty average. My primary complaint is the fact that this burger was $ 12 and that I could easily get something 10 times as good for under $ 10. However, even if they priced this burger at $ 5, I’d pass. I’m sure I can find better food in terminal A for $ 12 if not much less. Skip this place.
