If I could give this store zero stars… I would in a heartbeat. I have been an AT&T wireless customer since they bought out my old phone company Cingulair Wireless. The phone service I have received over the years has been pretty good. I stopped in on a weeknight at 5:15 to talk to them about options for the new rate plans and to find out what the total cost would be up upgrade our two phones as our contract was almost up. I killed my smartphone a month before our contracts were up so I suffered with an old phone a friend had lying around for the past month. I have an old unlimited plan from the first iPhone so I wanted to find out if it made sense to switch to one of the new plans, and find out what the total cost would be when we went to upgrade our phones. Truthfully, it was time to compare them to Verizon and see what the better deal might be now that I was considering giving up my unlimited data. Walk into the store, and three employees are sitting at one table working on a transaction of some type. No one gets up and says hi, no other employees in sight. Only one or two people were milling around the store waiting to be helped as well. After standing there about 5 minutes I interrupted the employees to request some help. The one female employee very rudely informs me that I’ll have to get on a waiting list after she checks the other people in the store in that she had been ignoring since before I got there. I’m third in line on the waiting list, I ask how long it may take. «No idea» she says. 15 minutes go by and the store starts to fill up with people getting out of work, still three employees sitting at a table. Finally an employee appears out of nowhere from the back room, and checks in the rest of the people in the store including a lady who has«an appointment». Of course she jumps to the front of the waiting list and is immediately helped by the new guy. Another 15 minutes goes by and the table meeting finally breaks up. One employee helps the first person on the waiting list, the other two employees walk away and disappear into the back never to be seen again. After being in the store an hour, the appointment lady apparently has some sort of very complicated situation and no other employees have emerged. I decide I’ve had enough waiting on these people. Long story short, ATT has just lost a customer of more than 10 years. Whatever you do DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE most of the employees are either rude or not willing to help anyone. Sorry to the one helpful guy that you have to be lumped in with your fellow employees.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve gone in multiple times. Waited for way longer than the estimated wait time. The second time I waited at the front for about 15 minutes before even getting checked in. Was told a 15 min wait time. At 15 min I went from being 3rd on the list to 4th. Not sure how that works. So now it’s 4 days later and I still don’t have a new phone. I definitely won’t be back. I would rather drive farther than go to this store again. My advice for the store… be honest about the wait time. And at least acknowledge people when they walk through the door.
