Basch’s Moment In Time

We have used them twice and each time service was fast and done right. Replaced the crystal on my Movado watch. I would trust them with any high end watch you have. While waiting for a quick battery replacement on our last visit they cleaned my wife’s ring with out being asked. The chain stores could use a lesson from them. Guess where our next jewelry purchase will be.

Great business. Very reasonably priced for battery replacement and fast. Really fast. I got 4 batteries replaced in 5 minutes. I left two for repair.

After letting my watch gather dust for months, I finally went out to get the batteries replaced. I didn’t want to go to one of the places in the mall, so I hit up Google and found these guys. Super friendly staff and they had me back up and running in about 5 minutes. I nosed around while they were working on my watch and they had a pretty interesting selection of old pocket watches, jewelry and clocks in the store. It also looked like they have a pretty sizable workshop area in the back to do repairs.
The only reason I’m not doing a full five stars is because I don’t know enough about clocks/​watches to speak intelligently on the subject. Since all I needed was a battery I can’t really speak to anything else. I can say that my experience was great and whenever I need a new battery, or if I ever need repairs, this is the first place I’ll be coming back to!

I’ve been coming here for years. Friendly staff. Nice selection of vintage and modern watches. This is probably the only place in Northern Ohio I would trust to service watches and clocks include all high end brands.
Great jewelry selection for the holidays too.
