Firestone Complete Auto Care Cleveland

Went and got my oil changed and was told I need new rear brakes and new tires .They were trying to have me do the brakes right then and there and quoted me almost 600 $. I just took my car to get a second opinion at the dealer ship and they told me that they couldn’t mind anything wrong with my brakes that my brakes are still good and my tires are still great! They had about 4 people check and said my car is not in any need for any repairsI was very relieved but was very disappointed that I was lied to about needing new brakes. I don’t know much about cars but always consider what needs to be done to my car luckily I did not have them do my brakes because I would of spent 600 $ for something I didn’t need. This place is a complete waste of time don’t believe anything they say, and to lie to customers about what needs to be done to their vehicles is completely unacceptable I would not even rate this a one star at all it would be more like zero because The worst thing is being lied to from a «professional ». I’m surprised this place is still in business. Also I was told that I had a nail in my tire for the second time. But I had the dealership check how many repairs was done to my tire and they only found one nail tire repair. Not only was I lied to but I paid for a service that was not even done. Such a disappointment.
