The store has a nice presentation. There were not that many customers in the store. The staff was friendly but it seems overstaffed. They seemed like they did not have enough to do. The product I ordered through the website and to pick up in the store was not ready at the customer service. I also I did not receive an e-mail that the item was ready. I had to call the store. They ended up bringing multiples of the item out from the back I bought but I only needed one. They seem confused as too why where so many brought out. Would have given 5 stars except for the staff being a little disorganized.
