Disgusting, I wouldn’t want my dog to sleep here! I booked my room on travelocity and booked a 2 queen bed non smoking suite. When I checked in the woman at the front desk just told me that they didn’t guarantee a non-smoking room and all they had available was a smoking room. She also informed me that after 11:00 there would be no one on site to provide any service but we could«call this number and someone should be there to assist you if you need something». Well the rate I got was non-refundable so I was stuck. We checked in and went to the room. When we walked in the kitchen area was horrible. It looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned and there was only one plate and glass, I couldn’t find any silverware(not that I would have eaten off of it anyway so I guess it doesn’t matter). The bathroom shower had mold on it and again looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. I was staying with my husband and 17 year old son and my son said he’d rather sleep in the car. If it digusts a 17 year old boy you know it’s really bad. My son and I actually decided to get a rental and drive home from OH to IL just so we didn’t have to stay there. My poor husband had no choice but to stay because our car had broken down and he needed to pick it up at the dealership the next day. As my husband went to crawl into bed that night he pulled back the covers and found PUBICHAIRS in the bed! Are you kidding me!!! PUBICHAIRSYUCK!!! DONOTSTAYHEREIFYOUCANAVOIDIT!

Through Travelocity I got a Queen room for $ 63 a night. I was quite happy with that since we recently paid the same for a craphole motel in WY. When I got there, no one at the front desk. It was only 6:30 pm so that was a little annoying. But, there was a sign on the desk with a number to call for help. I called and Dawn was there in just a couple of minutes. She asked my name and said that I was upgraded to a king suite. Well, now my earlier annoyance is gone! Got to the room and it was very nice. Two rooms, one with a living room, kitchenette, and a bathroom. I assume the couch also folds out into a bed, but I didn’t check. The other room had the king bed, a little desk/work area, large closet and another full bathroom. The only issue with the room was that a previous occupant must have cooked something with a lot of garlic. It was pretty noticeable when I first walked into the room. As I was coming and going over the next couple of days I noticed that no one was at the front desk very often. Not sure what’s up with that but I didn’t really care as I probably won’t have any reason to go stop in this area again Overall, you should consider this hotel if you will be staying in the N Olmsted, OH area.
