GROUPON CUSTOMERS — Don’t even bother to call if you need appointment on a weekend. Even for eyebrows have to call couple weeks ahead to get an appointment and when you get an appointment and you are 15 minutes late (although I though for every appointment they allocate 30 minutes) guess what! wait again… You will be treated differently.
I do not even know if they don’t like groupon customer then at the first place why would they even put groupon for it. That lady is very mean. Will never go this place again.

Just had my eyebrows done and I am very impressed. I was able to get a same day appointment. The shop as very clean and the owner is very nice and very professional. The price was very fair. She also offers many other services. Kaya’s is my new place to go for you eyebrows. I highly recommend.

I purchased a groupon for brow threading I finally got the chance to use it this past week. I called and was able to get an appointment and was pleased that I was able to get it for the next day.
I arrived on time and had to wait only a few minutes. I had never had threading down before, but was quickly reassured that it would be fine. The cleanliness and professional manner was exceptional. I loved the way my eyebrows looked and felt afterwards, much nicer than waxing.
I already made another appointment and will definitely be a regular client.

Kaya Elements just gained a new regular customer! I recently moved back to the area and was nervous to try a new place for eyebrow threading. After seeing the reviews on Unilocal I decided to go for it and am glad I did. My eyebrows look great and the process wasn’t painful at all. Viraj was kind enough to make a recommendation for a sunscreen and sent me with a sample to try before I consider purchasing next time since my skin tends to be pretty sensitive. I highly recommend Kaya Elements and will definitely be back!

When I moved back to Cleveland from San Diego in March 2013, I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to find someone to thread my eyebrows as well as my girl in San Diego. I first went to the place in the mall (Southpark), and it was terrible! I like my brows thicker, and they took them so thin. For all you ladies out there, you know how long it takes to grow your brows in, and I was so upset that they didn’t listen to me. My mom found out about Viraj somehow and told me to check her out. She helped me grow my brows back in very quickly, and I’m so happy with how they look now! I have also had a couple facials by Viraj that were FABULOUS! She is very thorough in her work and so sweet. Prices are good too! I highly recommend!
