Mr. Electric of Cincinnati

If I could give this company zero stars then I would! Today was my first encounter with Mr. Electric here in Cleveland Ohio. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of than I did on this day. Clearly the issue that I called this technician in for was minor unbeknownst to me. He continued to talk about the repairs he might need to do and the diagnostic work that would come with it… he was in my house all of 20 minutes if that. A lot of back-​and-​forth with me telling him I would call him back later but him yet still insisting and taking advantage of my femininity I’m sure and getting my signature to repair and «fix the problem.» The problem was a tripped GFI plug to the tune of $ 188.41! I am so heated I can’t see straight. I called the company back to lodge a complaint and was told that the number I called was only a phone answering service and there was no one in charge there that I may speak to or that could actually rectify this complete rip off in service! Ladies beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing this place is a rip off!!! I will retract my words should a manager call me and rectify this situation.
